Great with a couple of exceptions.
Pros:

Breakfast, room, location were great.

Cons:

I like to get my personals shampoos, conditioners, soaps and moisturizers and not some stuff from a big bottle. The waste paper baskets were also way too small.

Nice and clean

Cons:

No power on arrival, could not use CPAP machine, got maybe 10 minutes of sleep,was told 1 hour or 2 became 20 hours, and no hot breakfast first morning, just very very disappointed.

Consistent with Hampton Inn Standards
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the property + room, and availability of amenities were consistent with what I have come to expect with Hampton Inn stays.

Cons:

The bed and pillows in my room were extremely uncomfortable. I know this can come down to personal preference, but I didn't sleep well at all.

Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, great complimentary breakfast every morning, offering bagels, bread, cereals, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit until 10:00am, and coffee and tea 24 hours. Indoor pool was roomy and pleasant. Great location to downtown Pittsburgh area and surrounding areas. Free parking too. Will plan future stays at this location.

I am very disappointed.
Pros:

It was convenient and good.

Cons:

I requested a bath tub to take my daily epsom salts soak for my severe Raynaud’s but the stopper didn’t work and could not use it. It ruined my day and stay.

It was a place to sleep, but would not stay again.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was close to what we needed.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom did not drain. It filled completely up while brushing your teeth. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off.
