Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, great complimentary breakfast every morning, offering bagels, bread, cereals, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit until 10:00am, and coffee and tea 24 hours. Indoor pool was roomy and pleasant. Great location to downtown Pittsburgh area and surrounding areas. Free parking too. Will plan future stays at this location.

I am very disappointed.
Pros:

It was convenient and good.

Cons:

I requested a bath tub to take my daily epsom salts soak for my severe Raynaud’s but the stopper didn’t work and could not use it. It ruined my day and stay.

It was a place to sleep, but would not stay again.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was close to what we needed.

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom did not drain. It filled completely up while brushing your teeth. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off.

Good, clean, well-appointed and maintained facility.
Pros:

It was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was well maintained and had a nice variety. We had to wait a bit on arrival as no one was at the front desk. When we realized it was because he was out shoveling and salting the walk ways, it was certainly acceptable. The fitness room was clean and provided what I wanted/needed.

Cons:

The weather, but I doubt they have much control over that. The fast falling snow obscured the lines for parking spaces and as a result people were parked farther apart limiting parking availability. Other than that the facility and the stay were very good,
