Friendliness of staff from reception to kitchen staff. Property is well maintained. Pity that Jacuzzi was not functioning and steam room was not powerful to enjoy the steam. Spa was fantastic although over priced.

Ended up in a smoker room (did not ask for it). AC controller apparently broke free from its human tormentors and started a rebellion.

5 star hotel with 2 star features.
Pros:

Start with entry reception welcome was not so good. Room given had very bed outside view which lead non opening of curtains during the stay. No room replacement provided when asked. Qhe go for breakfastt and dinner some staff are looking to hide themselve when asked for service. Food was excellent with Cher ravi and staff rohit was giving their best to the customers satisfaction. In room some basic aminities was missing like irn board is there without iron. Switchboard hiding behind the table. Satellite box hiding under the table. Swimming pool is on top of the hotel in open. Spa facilities was temperory out of service.
