Location for my plans.
Shower curtain was a foot short and bathroom would flood when showered. Attempting to get help with this issue I was passed to several people and when I was told to try someone else I stopped my effort. It has been happening for a while the wall paper is pealing off the wall from this issue. Room never felt cool and sheets had damp feeling from humidity. There was an extreme heat index but expected more from a Marriott. I left my glasses in atrium bar.
L’insonorisation des chambres
Le peu de choix au niveau des hors d’œuvres chauds servis au M club lounge le soir et le fait que les alcools soient payants
Clean and great location, very walkable.
Long wait times for check-in.
Nothing. It’s worst.
It was the worst experience. The reception team did allow to check in first. Then the phone was not in the room. Couldn’t order dine in food. In the morning all lights just went off. Nothing was working. Worst to worst experience one could have.
I generally prefer to choose Marriott hotels for my travels. And, as a rule, their hotels tend to be of high quality. However, I didn't get that same vibe at this particular hotel. Typically, the staff at the front desk are friendly and welcoming, but that wasn't really the case here. At the end of our two-night stay, my spouse and I decided to have a drink in the lobby. My spouse asked for tea, and I asked for coffee. The waiter—whose name I didn't catch—wasn't even sure if coffee was available, and when he brought the tea, it was served in a paper cup. Both the tea bag and the paper cup were items that were already provided in our room. In my opinion, when you order a drink in the lobby of a hotel of this caliber, it certainly shouldn't be served in a paper cup.

It was very nice
Paid a lot of money and they wanted us to pay extra for WiFi, even though they said it was included in our booking which wasn’t the case!
Comfortable, nice light in bathroom for make up, nice view
The coffee maker in the room was dirty and it was missing an essential piece to make coffee. I also wish there were extra blankets in the room. There were no king beds available even though my reservation included one.
It was very convenient.
Nothing really, I just think $600/night for a room is ridiculous.
