ラグジュアリーと親しみやすさを両立してた最高のステイ
Pros:

立地がとにかく良い。ナイトマーケットも近いし、レストランや商業施設も遅くまでやってて夜中まで遊べる。駅も近い。ホテル内もきれいで、ベッドが最高に寝心地が良い。独立洗面台があって感動した。スタッフの対応も丁寧で優しい。

Disappointing for the price.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. The room and toiletries were fantastic. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The amenities were lacking. One restaurant which was a pricey Japanese. We couldn't get any ice. Reception directed us to the tea shop next door which is part of the hotel and they were very unhelpful. Reception staff were okay. They didn't go above and beyond. They could have booked a taxi for us in advance and didn't. If you're looking for a wow experience this hotel isn't it!! Disappointing for the price.

Pros:

First of all, the welcome, great hospitality from the staff!

Great view, we booked the Gold King with window, what a view we had!

Best location 👌 Situated in the centre of Bukit Bintang with all the malls within walking distance

Cons:

The only negative point is the noise at night. A bit difficult to sleep because the room is not fully soundproof. But you get used to same, so still worth it!
