Good location for shopper
Pros:

Location is in the shopping area. Only by walking I already in the shopping centre

Cons:

Travelling in and out of the area. Very sloe traffic.

Good location
Pros:

Location and staff were friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was served in the room and limited options. I don't think I will come back again as I prefer international breakfast at the Restaurant.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, nur zum übernachten und duschen geht’s.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ganz oben mit einer tollen Aussicht. Fast alles war fussläufig erreichbar, die Lage ist wirklich top. Achtung, den Park Service kann ma nur bar bezahlen!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war grauenhaft um nicht zu sagen widerlich. Der Kaffee war übler als der in diesen all inclusive Bunkern, aus den Automaten! Man sagte uns, es gäbe kein Restaurant, also müssen wir aus einer kleinen Auswahl ein Gericht und Getränk wählen, welches uns ins Zimmer gebracht wird. Gerne hätten wir das Geld zurück denn beide Male haben wir es entsorgt und woanders gegessen. Es war wirklich ungenießbar und kalt.
Unser Zimmer war auch an vielen Stellen völlig verstaubt.

My fav hotel in KL; stayed multiple times and never disappointed.

Tall guests: do not book the Copper Room. You will not fit in the bed and the upgrade will cost you.
Pros:

Mostly friendly staff, clean rooms, and stylish interior. Great location right in Bukit Bintang.

Cons:

The “Copper Room” bed is wedged between two walls. At 194 cm, I could not fit. The front desk did not care, and the only option was a paid upgrade that increased the total cost by about 50%. Also worth noting: the Copper Room has no window, which is easy to overlook when booking. At the upgraded price, you can get a much better hotel nearby with a pool and breakfast included. The upgraded room had a window and a bed I could sleep in but was otherwise identical. Not great for longer stays either; no wardrobe, just an open rail.

In terms of price-performance ratio, we can give it a very high rating.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, and the beds were quite comfortable. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. It was right in the center, so you can reach any transportation option within 2 minutes, but keep in mind that it's on a very busy street. Everything was quite satisfactory and good.

Cons:

The lack of wardrobes in the rooms was a bit problematic, although there were hanging systems in place, but they weren't sufficient. We believe there's a ventilation problem in the rooms, and if you plan to stay up late and rest, this is impossible. From very early in the morning, the loud voices of the room attendants echoed from the corridor into the room; there was a lot of noise, and if you prefer peace and quiet, this will be quite disturbing. I can't comment on room service as we chose not to use it during our 4-night stay.
