It was a very comfy room.
Pros:

I loved the fact the air conditioner was set for 60 and the room was nice and cool when I got into the room. The room was spacious and comfy. I slept well in the bed.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints. I guess if I had wanted breakfast I felt like it could be available for longer hours but I had other plans.

Breakfast was a letdown.
Pros:

Enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast. We came down for breakfast just after 8 am. The food had been sitting and was dried out. The yogurt expiry date was the day before. Coffee was good and bottled water was a welcome addition.

The person with the mop bucket should be made aware that pushing it through the middle of the dining room and then leaving it at the entrance to the food service area is not great optics. Hanging out at a table waiting for people to have their breakfast also not good optics. This hotel has made and attempt with the lobby and breakfast area but precooking too much food and staff hanging out unfortunately did not speak added value.
