Muy bien para pisar poco el hotel.
Pros:

Buena localizacion para llegar a sitios clave( Soho, wallstreet, puente Brooklyn,...) y metro al lado.

Cons:

Demasiado cerca del puente de Manhattan, mucho ruido. Ni lejos ni cerca de buenos lugares para desayuno.
