Cherry on top of our stay!!!!
Pros:

Cozy room on top of great service. Everything was clean and welcoming. Location plays a huge part as well.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Very expensive ( over NZ$2000 3 for nights) for such a tiny room. There was hardly room for our 2 cases. Basic cereal and toast and muffin buffet style breakfast. No cooked food available. Staff were not the most welcoming at any stage during our stay. The TV did not work, though this was attended to promptly.

Cons:

Staff were indifferent.

Pros:

Good location for 4th July weekend. Close to Manhattan Bridge, Little Italy and Chinatown.

Viešbučiui didelių lūkesčių nekėliau. Jis buvo man patogioje lokacijoje, tvarkingas. Svarbu: viešbutis yra prie pat traukinių tilto, bet mums asmeniškai netrukdė.

Cons:

Užsakant viešbutį galima pasirinkti opciją su įskaičiuotais "labai gerais pusryčiais". Tai yra melas, nes pusryčiai labai prasti. Viešbutyje buvo siūlomi labai kuklūs kontinentiniai pusryčiai, vien sausas davinys. Baltyminių ar šiltų patiekalų, tokių kaip kiaušiniai, mėsa ar sūrio riekelės, nebuvo. Be to, valgyti tenka iš popierinių indų su plastikiniais įrankiais. Jei būtų iš anksto nurodyta, kad viešbutyje tiekiami tik konktinentiniai pusryčiai, aš jų būčiau tiesiog neužsakiusi, todėl jaučiuosi apgauta.
Asmeniškai nepatiko ir kai kurie taikomi mokesčiai (pavyzdžiui, už lagaminų saugojimą), bet čia jau tokia viešbučio politika.

Overall decent stay - wish bedding was cleaner so that we could be more comfortable.
Pros:

I liked that the property was located in China Town and close to subway/metro F which made transportation accessible.

Cons:

The bedroom is small - of course expected of NY however probably would be too small for 4 people.
The linens on the beds were not clean. We noticed a lot of stains on the bedding and the white bath towels.
Location is pretty far out from central Manhattan so you will need to take transportation to do sight seeing but if you are okay with that, it is a good budget friendly location near China Town.

Gehorig hotel
Pros:

De locatie was prima. Er is een metro op 5 min. lopen. Ook zijn er meerdere winkel en eettentjes waar je heerlijk eten kunt kopen voor weinig. 8 euro voor een bak rijst, broccoli en kip. (Forever taste)
Het gratis ontbijt was heel fijn al is het niet veel soeps. Een appel, sinaasappel, wit brood, bagel, wafel, melk en koffie, thee, bakje yoghert, jam, bananenmuffin en 4 soorten sap.

Cons:

Het is heel gehorig. Wanneer de buren praten heb je het idee dat ze naast je staan. Wanneer de tv aan staat bij de buren, hoor je dat heel goed. Ook de metro die af en toe voorbij dendert hoor je heel goed.(minder dan buiten maar je hoort hem wel) Het dakterras waren ze mee bezig om op te knappen.(dus geen uitzicht op de brooklynbrug)

Hotel bien situado, limpio y acogedor.
Pros:

Hotel medianamente nuevo, bien decorado. Buena ubicación, a una manzana del metro y 10 metros de autobús a downtown.
Acogedor y bien insonorizado. Buenas instalaciones. Buenas vistas desde el rooftop. Hotel pequeño así que poca gente transitando por él. Nevera, cafetera y microondas en la habitación. Atención por parte del personal de mantenimiento perfecta.

Cons:

Recepcionistas poco “simpáticas”.
Desayuno escueto, sin mucha variedad.
Se echa de menos barrer a diario las habitaciones.

The rooms are quite small and the cleaning not the best. It is on the level of other NYC hotel within this price range.
It is located in China town so surroundings are a bit messy and noisy.
Easy access to subway, but takes 30-40 min to get to main touristy al spots
