Such a nice clean hotel… beds extremely comfortable and staff was absolutely amazing. We will be returning.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Our daughter scuffed her knee and was having a full blown panic attack about needing a band-aid. We asked the front desk if they had one and before we could respond said they would be right up with a few to choice from.

Staff was really nice lots of parking! The room was spacious and clean great location, easy to find and a nice pool. The only thing I found was that the lobby and our room had a lot of wear and tear. The seating in the lobby needs replacing. Our room has floor base tiles lose and coming off the walls. The wall covering was pealing and coming off. The floor tile grout was broken in may places so water is able to slip under the tiles.

Location was perfect since family was staying temporary long term. Reception (Kimber) was very friendly. As well as Vanessa who worked the breakfast.
Breakfast variety was good.
Room was spacious for me. Kitchen had most everthing.

I am a medically retired Army Veteran from injuries I suffered in Iraq in 08. I have traveled to 46 states and stayed at least one night in each state. I have never writen a bad reveiw until now. This is the most horrible hotel that I have ever stayed at. Below are the pictures of how destroyed the hotel was/is. From the halls to the room, it was horrible. I went to the front desk and let them know and was told we already paid and there was nothing that could be done. I then called corperate and told the woman that answered about the room and what had happened. She never asked my name and said she would let them know about the room. I asked her if she wanted my info she said no. I told her i had pictures and asked if she wanted them and she said not really after i said i would send them anyways she said oh ok. This is discusting all the way around. The hotel should be shut down, and the person I spoke with at corporate should be fired

The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic!

This is a great location for a stay in Omaha. We've been at this hotel two or three other times over the last few years and were satisfied with our stays. We appreciate the included breakfast in the morning (even though some of the food is marginal), the kitchenette in the room, the friendly staff, and that it is pet friendly. However, after this stay, my husband and I decided we won't be going back there, and for that matter, any other Residence Inn. These hotels are nice, definitely not fancy, but very doable when newer. It seems though, like this one, that the furniture and other upkeep is allowed to deteriorate as they get older. The chairs in the breakfast and lobby area were disgustingly worn out. The chair in our room was broken and the furniture is just dated. We've been in worse Residence Inns but we're done with all of them. We've been Marriott Bonvoy members for years so are very loyal to Marriott properties except now for Residence Inns.

We love this this, we stay every time we come out this way.

This place is in dire need of a remodel! Absolutely gross, especially the dining furniture in the breakfast area. The bathroom wallpaper all falling off, shower hooks are all rusted out, refrigerator had dings all over it, draperies were disgusting - so worn, seriously outdated. TV in bedroom would go off on its own and then come on by itself. I will say that the staff was super friendly and helpful. There are other hotels near by - check them out. We won’t be returning here.

Great customer service. Place was very clean. Saw employees cleaning many times while we were there. Rooms are spacious and neat. Will be going back here when we visit again. Highly recommend. God bless this location.
