This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The service is extremely slow, mainly because there appears to be only one person handling reception and one for concierge at any given time. This creates constant delays and makes even the simplest requests frustrating.
What made things worse is that no one answers the phone. I tried calling reception multiple times, and it felt completely pointless—there was simply no response.
Overall, the level of service is far below what anyone would reasonably expect from a hotel. This is absolutely not an experience I would ever consider repeating.

Desayuno muy básico propio de un hotel de inferior categoría.
El club milésime es en el mismo lugar donde se sirve el desayuno. Pedí un mojito y me sirvieron un seven up con menta.
Room, Staff and Location though it's atleast a 15-20 minute walk to the inside of the mall.

We had a great time here. If you want to stay in down town Sofitel is the best decision. Metro, taxi, free parking and direct link to Dubai Mall!!

Decent Hotel in Dowtown. For the price we paid it's difficult to complain.
The staff is very nice and keen to help you at any time. A good hotel if you want a 5 stars looking at the Burj Khalifa wihtout to pay the full price.
only the bathroom is ok.
the front desk people service was really horrible! I booked 5 nights for it, stayed about 8 hours, asked cancellation, the front desk man told me that he will inform Book.com the cancellation immediately, but HE DIDN'T! cause I have to pay 100% cost of 5 nights including the breakfast. So anyone books this hotel, need to be very careful.

Great location 10/10, very convenient and perfect. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and cooperative throughout my stay, also 10/10.
the breakfast was disappointing. I stayed for five days and the menu was exactly the same every day, with no variety at all. I raised this concern during my stay, but unfortunately nothing changed.
