لايوجد شئ اعجبني غير الغرف ممتازه للنوم

لايوجد فرشاة أسنان ومعجون بالحمام ويوجد موظفين اثنين بالاستقبال مع انه يوجد ثلاث كوانترات لتلقي طلبات الدخول ولكن يوجد تقصير من الفندق لدخول المقيمين وتأخير ايضاً في الدخول للغرفه

موقعه بالقرب من دبي مول ويمكن استخدام ممر المترو المكيف للوصول له في حال وحود ازدحام شديد
نظافه الفندق

Cons:

تاخير خدمه تسليم السيارات على الرغم من الاتصال لهم قبل النزول وتاخذ وقت طويل للتسليم
لا يتم الرد على الهاتف في بعض الاوقات

-The staff was not helpful at all in every thing
-To bring my bags to the room after checking in take 45 minutes then I went down to check
-I called the concierge to book for me restaurant he refused to do so by phone ask me to go down 🤨 i told him I can’t he said sorry
-The light in the room I couldn’t turned it off to sleep
Service at the breakfast was poor
- I asked the guy outside to bring me a Taxi he told me use the App🙄
- No sugar in the minibar
- no snack nothing in the fridge
- no toothbrush
- the shower gel was empty

Pros:

It's Clean, location is very good

Cons:

They advertised in the booking.com that is half board but when u go there it has a limit for ur dinner or lunch with 95 AED and u have to pay the difference. So it's not half board at all!!
Also, the coffee shop in the lobby get the orders till 7 pm and after that they close!!
