It was comforting and the staff was super friendly& accommodating ! The breakfast was also really good. Had a good stay would come again.

Our room was very clean. We appreciate no carpet as we are traveling with dogs. We had a queen suite which was quite large. It definitely needs a desk lamp, at night it was too dark to use the desk. Could hear the TV from next door. The beds are very high off the floor. Everyone was working hard to keep the property looking like new. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

DO NOT CALL THE 800 # on the website for this hotel!!! It’s a 3rd party and they indicate they are at the hotel, then charge way more than if you called the hotel direct and no refund. Deceitful!l

We stay here from time to time when we come to visit our grandchildren. It’s always been very clean and I feel secure when I stay here.

This Best Western is conviently located to the Ft. Worth area. The hotel and our sleeping room was very clean. The room was also very spacious and quiet. The free breakfast was fine, but did not offer fresh fruit (which other Best Western's do). The only issue we experienced during our stay was inconsistency in the level of staff friendliness to guests at the front desk.

I was VERY impressed by this location. I don't like to travel far away from home, because of the horror stories of the hotel happenings. But let me just say, upon entering the building, it was very clean. The staff was extremely professional, polite and helpful. My room was very clean. The grounds were kept very nice. Parking was amazing. I am VERY pleased and I will choose this place over and over again. I've already recommended this location to some friends who should be coming to the area next month. Thank you all, for making my stay so pleasant. I appreciate you all. 💜

I was having a wedding, so I rented the banquet hall. I was told that there was nobody to help pull out the huge tables. So before I could get my wedding dress on, I had to help pull out tables. This took up an enormous amount of time. I was told that it would be an extra 400 plus to have the staff pull the table out before the wedding. Also some of the guests were staying at the hotel and was treated like crap. Not realizing that they were staying in the hotel also. Another issue was the elderly sent to the other side of the building and not allowed to walk through the halls as a short cut to the banquet room. And what so bad about it it was my future mother in law and a close dear friend that was using a walker. I was so embarrassed when I found out how my guest were treated. Although the facility was sparkling clean , the customer service was crappy and unprofessional. That was not ok to make them walk all around the building being handicapped. It also held up the wedding until she came through the right door. Which could have been avoided. No sensitive for the elderly or handicapped. I will not use the facility anymore, even if it was sparkling clean. There’s no excuse for bad customer service

Great customer service and friendly staff. Rooms always clean. They remember my name and the amenities are always in working order.

Not working bathroom hair in bathtub and towels

Just okay, area around the place is run-down. Hotel is showing age, smelled like pot in many areas, elevator smelled like old oil and rubber, very unpleasant. Bathroom in lobby was not clean. Room itself was clean and pleasant, staff was nice. Overall average stay for the money, neighborhood was a little rough. Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable.

Overall property was good,service was good, breakfast was 3 out of 5 stars. carpet and bathroom floor could have been cleaner and better kept. There was no working lighting around pool area or in the pool .

Remodeled property but good for inexpensive stay. Worth the price!
