Hyggelig sted for å bo bare noen dager men ikke for enslige reisende. Det er mange lokale gjester med små barn som er bråkete lang ut på natten :)

Great stay! Not the best quality but very central and has all the facilities although it’s not new

I loved the style of the property, it was obviously not new but had been built to a high standard.

Hotel needs some updating and increased effort in cleaning, but the restaurant was incredible! We were blown away by the restaurant as we got there on a special holiday meal. The rooms were not dirty, but the furnishings were quite worn and needed replacing. The hallways were not well maintained and needed some additional effort in cleaning. I did like that they welcomed you to the room with a nice fruit basket.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. On ne sert pas d’alcool dans l’hôtel. Equipement complet dans les chambres bouilloire....

Rooms were ok but the work is going on the new rooms, new renovated rooms will be done soon which would make the hotel your destination in Rak! Great staff as well and the coffee bar and sisha area were very nice as well.

Good location in close proximity to Corniche and old town. The hotel, built in 1972, needs some repair generally. Food was excellent.

Good experience. Only downside was room was bit smelly.

The hotel occupies an imposing position over the creek and has an old style colonial feel.

No welcome greeting, hotel rate as 4 star but really condition very very poor. I think not fair hotel does advertising adding lots of photos editing but reality is totally different. Staff not helpful and I had never experienced this kind of level of quality, facilities, service and customer service. Very poor.

Staff friendly but not always efficient, Internet not always reliable. Slow, sometimes disconnects. Rooms comfortable but need a face lift. No hot water in my room. Called maintenance several times but never fixed the problem. Price reasonable for the condition.

Ein günstiges Hotel, mit vorwiegend arabischen Gästen. Ohne Leihwagen allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. In der Nähe des Hotels ist einfach NICHTS !
Die Frühstücksleistung ist nicht gut.
Das Personal könnte mal einen Motivationskurs besuchen.

للاسف الغرفة كانت سيئة جدا مقارنة بفندق 4 نجوم , كنت في غرفة 301 ,,, مزعجة حيث ان صوت المكيفات الخارجية كان مزعج وعالي جدا ,,, في الليل لم تتوفر المياه الساخنة في الحمام ,,, بالاضافة للغرفة كانت باردة في الليل وذلك نتيجة للجو في هذا الوقت من السنة ولا يتوفر لديهم بديل للتدفئة ,,, بالمجمل اقامتي في الفندق على مدار اربع ليالي كانت غير جيدة .
