clean, spacious and polite staff. a delight all round.

was way more than i expected for 60 quid a night.

Could not afford to eat there and so was delighted with the plethora of cheap eats around the hotel

Quick trip to Fujairah
Pros:

Family Friendly place witih a ever helpful staff going out of their regular duties to ensure you are comfortable during your stay there . Ample parking with easy access to most of the main attractions in and around town . A well stocked buffet counter and the staff following all due protocols ensured that we were well attended to . A definite recommended place for a family anytime.

Good value of the money
Pros:

Its my second time at Novotel Fujairah. It onyl overnight stay this time. Room was good, view over tbe grand Mosque was a PLUS.

Cathy in the lobby restuarant was very courteous and friendly.
The room wasnt very clean when we checked in, anyways it was fixed once we complained.

Stayed in March 2019, very much enjoyed.
Pros:

Staff is very cheerful and efficient. Check-in went in seconds as did check-out. They have changed the carpets in rooms, so no more suspicious stains :-) Loved the bathroom and the shower. Although, the top shower was a bit clogged. And the iron was leaky. My favorite bit about the hotel is the Book Store bar.

Pros:

The rooms were very clean and luxurious. The pictures of the facilities are however not to be trusted as the view from the pool looks over what looks like slums. The sports bar and the people allowed within it do not make you feel very safe. The bookclub bar is much better and special in that respect.
