Staff very friendly , i expect there is gym but it was close, cleaned

The staff was great, but unfortunately the hotel was not in a good arra and it was difficult to get to tourist type locations.

I stay ,3days in here ..no smoking room with my friend. Facility in room is good, complete.
Breakfast also amazing ..delicious and good atmosphere.
Not a lot of people so not noisy
The facilities so good
Service also good.
So don't be afraid if stay on here

I, on behalf of my husband would like to rate 1 or poor during our stay.
Because of your management action during quarantine made my husband and my son 8,5 yo are separated for 14 days . You strictly refused him for taking new sample of PCR test while it is valid by current regulation.
In addition your team threatened my husband if he did not want to be isolated in Harriston Hotel and preferred to choose in the 'Wisma Atlet' he Will be deported after 14 days isolation.
I already Made report to the 'Satgas' team about this and they Said your team's statements were against the law.

So i Will make sure to publish this issue in social media so the government can investigate your hotel and Harriston too . You guys , Shangrilla and Harriston has taken advantage of other people so badly.

I was check-out today and feel the FDA is careless during my staycation here, when you have guests, you shouldn't play your phone and talk to others FDA. FDA not treated the guest well but the facilities was good enough. Thankyou.

It was my first time in Indonesia and Hariston Hotel & Suites never disappoint me. The service was great, all my request was all paid attention by the staffs just in time. The room was all equipped properly, wifi was great, it worked very well. Breakfast has many selection. Also, hotel's location was also convenient. Near airport, shopping malls, and attractions. There was a convenient store called Alfamart just next to the hotel. Overall, our stay was great and will definitely come back again on my next visit to Jakarta. This is probably my 2nd home here in Jakarta. Many thanks to the friendly, front desk staffs - Sarah & Chandra , they made sure that i had a great stay with them. Thank you Hariston Hotel & Suites and i will be back very soon!

It was a good experience overall here. The front office staffs surprised me to greet us by name by the second day of our stays & afterwards, the welcome drink was nice, the room is quite specious, we can see sunset from our room and it is clean. They can improve on the breakfast menus since we stayed for 4 nights there and would be nice to have different kind of menus. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and street food stalls, so if you want to try local Indonesian/ Chinese food, it will be a good choice to stay here. We like the pool side, nice and clean.

I was staying for a staycation

+Food and breakfast are delicious, especially the egg station
+Room and bathroom are clean
+Lobby and room interior is nice
+staff are nice

Swimming pool is fine, not too big but the view is nice. the small problem for me is it just open till 6 pm

-the WiFi was broken but that take care of it, even though it takes about 2hrs since I first complained it
-there was small sustain on the bed but a very minor
-There is no HBO channel

We had several blackout during our stay, although only for a while. Cleanliness need to be bit improved, some of ther furniture looks q bit old. But their staffs are very polite and friendly.

I've suffer for Crohn disease for almost 4 years, and during that time i'm constantly must make a trip to Jakarta for my regular check up procedure and because of that, i need a place to stay for couple a days.
I've tried to stay at many hotels near or around Pluit area, North Jakarta and Hariston Hotel is where i put my heart to write this review.
Where should i begin ? The food ? The food is amazing. during my 1st year, Hariston is the only Hotel that able to fulfill my dietary program. The chef, Mr. Yono, put a lot of love and hardwork to my dishes, he always constantly asking me what to eat and what not to eat. A hearty and sincere service from a friend.
Service ? Oo jolly, the staff here, they're not just there to greet you, they're willing to give their time to support you and talk, a nice friendly chat. Starting from the receptionist, the smile, the joke, it was a wonderful experience. All the staff ready to help you. I remember few names like Ms. Sarah, Ms. Yuri or Ms. Eka that help me everytime i bump into a little insatiability.
Other staff from the restaurant for example, they are the spirit of this hotel, they are the face of Hariston. Friendly, funny, patience and dedication and the face of hard working friend. You'll love them instantly once you start a warmth conversation with any of them.
I always find myself in deep and motivating conversations with any of the staff there.
Mr. Rehan, Mr. Bowo, Ms. Wulan and Ms. Inna is the example from many staff that help me feel comfortable and cosy.
The room ?? You don't have to ask, this is most special part of my review. As i wrote in the beginning of my review, I've suffer from Crohn disease and i must consume a lot, i mean A LOT of pills, tablets and vitamins. One day, i go back to my room after a long day at the hospital, i am jaded and tired and craving for a nice warm bed and i found this small note at the table next to my bed that said "Dear mr. Krisna, i just realised that you consume a lot of medicines and for that i put an extra mineral bottle for you. Hope you'll get well soon"
It's just a small note but with a grand impact.
It's like a reminder for my soul for not to give up. That act alone, make me realise that Hariston isn't just a hotel. It's a place where you can experience love.

Wonderful iftar buffet i had here, here we get great price, good food especially lamien its so crazy nice, and we get excellent service, friendly service from mas Abduh he taking care our dinner with a warm and sincerely and he very helful also everything we need he always assist even the restaurant so crowded but he still give best service and for atmosphere its so fun with life music, well we will back here soon for other occasions

This is my second time check in Hariston hotel,the location are good,near airport and expo,the room is ok,the customer service are very good,i really appreciate for Delvi and Mr.Dio,they are very kind with great customer service,a lot of thanks for them,next time when i come to jarkatar will check in again hariston hotel,but pls arrange a good room for me,thanks.

A lil bit disappointed with my recent stay. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights straight. The 1st time we entered the rooms (I'm referring to both rooms) we're welcomed by a strong pee smells. Had to asked the staff to spray some air refresher which actually helped for few hours only. We couldn't ask to change rooms as they're full house. The blanket is dirty, got a lot of brown color stains on it. Dusty corners, yellowish stain on the shower, etc. Disappointing because my family always favor to stay in this hotel compare to other hotels because we've had a great experiences before. Don't know why the quality is now declining.

Love the hotel.. the room is spacious. Breakfast is good. Only the swimming pool is quite small. Overall, nice stay.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable.

It has good water pressure. WiFi speed is good but was unable to connect for a few hours. Check in is at 2 pm. Although arrived at 9 am, i had to wait until 2 pm to be able to get a room. I wonder if the hotel is really that full. The restaurant food is good. There is no mall nearby so, will be best to get a taxi wherever you need to go. For those who are not used to walking so near to the street, this what you will have to do every time. As for the views, I'm not sure if the views are good or not. When you look down, the entire city is covered with rubbish. Next to the canal, homeless people take up spaces for themselves all along it. However, you can see quite far across the city as there are not many tall buildings around.

Stayed at the Hairston for 1 night before heading to Bali the following day. The hotel driver who picked us up from airport was very friendly, on time and had great communication before and during pickup. The hotel itself is very nice, especially for the price. We used the pool and fitness center. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They directed us to a nice little restaurant with some amazing street food and cold beer just down the street. Definitely recommend the breakfast, great price, great food, great variety. Wishing that we had stayed in Jakarta for more than one day. Great experience would recommend this hotel to friends or family
