Staff was clueless, when told evey evening that the (pool) will be open at 6am, but never opened. Bar/restaurant closed early. Room wasn't cleaned/stain couches, carpet was ripped up.

Shuttle from and to the airport.
Just across Jersy garden mall.
Very comfortable beds.
A lot of room. We were able to order food from Uber eat.
We had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely do it again!

Cons:

The restaurant is horrible. I ordered the salmon for dinner and after checking on numerous times it finally came out 1.5 hours later and it was over cooked and over all a miserable experience. The waiter didn’t charge for my drink so that was nice. I had flown in from Europe and headed to Charleston in the morning so I was trashed and trapped or I would have left. The rest of the hotel is well worn and needs a refreshment of carpet and paint. Very grumpy lady at the front desk and later saw her working the restaurant so they must be short staffed .
