Buen hotel, cercano al Centro Comercial y alejado de la ciudad.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy cómodas.
El estacionamiento es amplio y permite usarlo en largas estadías por un precio razonable.
El personal de recepción es muy amable.

Cons:

El servicio de aseo de las habitaciones es a requerimiento y no se le informa al huésped a su llegada.
La piscina es interior y el agua es muy fría.
El desayuno es básico.

ארוחת הבוקר לא טובה. לא היה קפה לא היה חלב. החדר היה לשלושה הם לא סידרו את המיטה ספה . נתנו לי לסדר. ביקשתי מהם שיבואו לסדר שלחו חדרנית.

Very, very nice!
Pros:

The check in staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was very nice and the facility beautiful. We appreciated the included breakfast.

Cons:

It was extremely busy when we checked in approximately 8:30-9pm with bus loads of people being dropped off at once. There was no parking and had to get permission to park in a handicap space because there were no other options. I booked the room we had for the pull out couch for my children. I called room service to bring blankets and pillows and they brought only 1 pillow and a thin blanket, the kids were cold at night.

The AC was not working; I reported it multiple times, but nothing was done. I needed cleaning services, and they never arrived.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I would recommend.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Omelets were *chefs kiss*
The front desk personnel were exceptionall, especially Shawna. She was very accommodating.

Cons:

The pool was constantly full and I couldn’t enjoy it at all. Probably not the hotels fault though. That was the only thing I wanted and couldn’t do. Tons of kids in there using profane language.

Great rooms, great customer service, great bar. My favorite go to.
Pros:

I love this place, the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the rooms. This is my 4th time having a gathering there and it’s always a good time.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t open this last time😭.

Hot Room
Pros:

This is the second time I had to stay at this hotel. It is 90 degrees outside and the air conditioning does not work and no rooms that I can be moved to. No maintenance on duty. I was told by the front desk I could cut the air conditioner off since it is blowing hot air, but in the meantime thatis not cooling the room down.
