Cons:

I booked a three‑night stay at this hotel. When I returned on the second night, I discovered the hotel had been shut down due to an IT issue and I was required to leave immediately.
What’s most disappointing is that the hotel was aware of the issue earlier that day but made no attempt to notify guests in advance—no phone call, no email. I was told the remaining two nights would be refunded immediately, yet three days later I have received no refund, no confirmation, and no follow‑up communication. Calls to the hotel also go unanswered.
This situation was handled very poorly and shows a serious lack of responsibility and communication. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.

It was four walls and a bed so it was adequate for our needs.
Pros:

Waffles were tasty.

Cons:

Lacking..no protein. No eggs, bacon, or sausage. Waffle station, oatmeal station, cereal station is fine but to have bacon eggs and sausage would be a big plus.
