Buena ubicación

Cons:

Tardaron mas de media hora en atendernos en recepción para hacer el check in porque el sistema se había caído y no tenían ninguna forma de atendernos. Además en la habitación había una toalla usada y sucia. No nos facilitaron información sobre el descuento del parking disponible antes de ir.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Our family of 3 got a standard room with an extra bed, and that was quite enough to fit us and our luggage well. The room was quiet and well organised, so all good here.
The breakfast was typical Spanish. There are cafes outside, so you might want to consider those as well.
The hotel itself is well located. Most of the city is within walking distance from here.

The best place in all GALICIA

Tivemos uma excelente estadia e ficamos muito satisfeitos com o hotel. Gostaria de destacar especialmente a eficiência e a gentileza do Sr. Xoan, que foi extremamente educado e atencioso durante toda a nossa estadia.

Antes mesmo de chegarmos ao hotel, ele já havia entrado em contato conosco para solicitar a placa do carro, facilitando muito o nosso acesso ao estacionamento e demonstrando uma preocupação genuína em tornar nossa chegada mais tranquila.

Tivemos apenas um pequeno inconveniente com o chuveiro, mas o Sr. Xoan prontamente resolveu a situação. Além disso, teve a gentileza de nos oferecer um brinde como pedido de desculpas, gesto que foi muito simpático e que, sinceramente, nem seria necessário, pois o problema foi rapidamente solucionado.

Atendimento excelente, muita cordialidade e profissionalismo. Certamente recomendamos o hotel e esperamos voltar em uma próxima oportunidade!

Não tenho absolutamente nada a reclamar. Nossa estadia foi perfeita, desde a chegada até a partida. O atendimento foi excelente, tudo funcionou muito bem e fomos tratados com muita cordialidade e atenção. Uma experiência realmente impecável!

A light, airy hotel in the centre of town.
Pros:

The receptionist upgraded us on arrival and the room we got was large, exceptionally clean, with a fridge and kettle. Reading lights by the bed were excellent. The breakfast room is all white and served a fantastic breakfast with a lot of choice. The whole hotel feels light, airy and really clean. Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is a long way from the station but well placed between a sandy beach and the port area. The old town, museums, shops and restaurants are close by. It is on a busy, main road, so traffic can be a disturbance.
