Family Residence

Det tok 1 time å sjekke inn. Ingen så ut til å vite at vi kom. Engelsk kunnskapene til resepsjonsansatte var nesten fraværende. Rommet var greit, men en vannpumpe startet og stoppet ca. 20 ganger i minuttet om natten. Det var stressende. Det var kjøkkenbenk i leiligheten, men ikke noe kjøkkenutstyr. Måtte bruke Google translatør for å be om en brødrister , men svaret var « solly no have» . Prøvde 3 ganger å få betjeningen til åstake opp sluket i vasken på badet der vannet kun seg ned. Det gikk ikke. Da åpnet jeg vannlåsen og gjorde det selv. Betjeningen smilte og prøvde så godt de kunne, men hotellet hadde trengt litt opplæring av personalet og en ledelse som tok ansvar.

We booked this hotell because it was close to the place we selebrated New years eve, and we did not want to get stuck in traffic. New Nordic is suppose to be a nordic hotell with good standard, european buffet breakefast and english speaking staff. When we arrived, we had to wait 1 hour for the room, because it was not ready 14.50 o clock we got in to the room. The room was OK, but not clean. The swimmingpool was very dirty, and no way i would put my feet in it. Around the pool everything is dirty, and filled with drunk russians, throwing beer in the wather. At night the skinnydippet drunk and made a lot of noice. The night guards tried to stop them, but they did not care. The breakefast is NOT european. Cold hot dogs, cold eggs, rice and thaiporridge. White 7/11 bread, butter and jam. There is NO bacon, ham, mayo, cheese, pancake, The omelett was good, and the salatbar was OK. The brekefast area is WERY filthy. I will never stay here again, and only ate breakefast because it was pree-paid when i booked the room.

Vi hadde et utmerket opphold.

Was good stay, would be nice to have babysitter on staff so parents could have a night out!

very quite, out of the way if you need to relax. great for familys

好大間，仲要內置樓梯真係好正. 泳池好ok,係冷氣差啲，上層房熱水不足. 但地點5係好方便，不過有酒店tuk tuk 出去轉車. 早餐係唔得既.. 大致上都滿意.平靚正

Comfortable and quiet

This is clearly a 'hotel' development aimed at people looking to invest in property. Customer service is seriously lacking to the point of being rude except for the cleaning staff who were always friendly and willing to help. The location was quiet and peaceful but not conveniently located in relation to local attractions, be prepared to pay excessive transport fees compared to other areas in Thailand.
