山野温泉体验感拉满
Pros:

山野温泉和围炉取暖都太棒了，夜晚月朗星稀，十分美妙

Cons:

酒店房间的电器设施都老旧，电源插座，冰箱等都相当有年代感，虽然卫生条件还可以的

Pros:

工作人员都很亲切，我们早上到了酒店，前台奶奶就帮我们安排车送上新穗高缆车了。第二天下雨，没让她们打扫房间，我们吃了个晚饭，他们还帮我们把被子整理好。酒店虽有点年代感，但是还是整洁的。
酒店就在浓飞巴士h57下来的地方。离新穗高缆车10分钟都不到。

搭新穗高巴士在H57下車就是飯店，記得到大門對面搭飯店的小電動纜車跑泡戶外溫泉，是入住這間飯店的重點！飯店早上有三班接駁車到新穗高纜車：8:45，9:15，9:45，須至少10分鐘前預約，沒有回程接送。
Pros:

晚餐超級豐盛，水準也一流，戶外溫泉景色優美，且水溫夠熱。

Cons:

早餐7:30才開始，沒有享用則不退費；飯店諸多設備典雅但年代已久，部分用品應汰舊更新。
房間有些許霉味，入住時浴室多處仍有頭髮。

温泉が最高であった。
料理が夕食も朝食も美味しかった。

Cons:

施設が老朽化しており、特にエレベーターは開放ボタンを押していても閉じてしまったため、途中乗り込んできた他のお客様のお子様が扉に挟まれそうになり、とても危険であった。
また、夕食時のテーブルに部屋番号の札が置いてあったが、宿泊している部屋番号が他の人にわかるため、女性だけの宿泊者には危険を伴う。

Amazing onsen in the mountains
Pros:

The food was outstanding and a lot of it. The outdoor onsen was amazing, not too hot and spectacular scenery. The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering assistance with initiative.

Cons:

Not much, the pillows were small, as were the complimentary indoor footwear, but these are very minor issues that did not detract from the overall experience. Also, the staff saw that the footwear was too small and found some larger ones without being asked.

best hotel for winter experience.
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. The spa is amazing. The hotel has many great facilities, close to a ski resort. The beds were made up for us every evening during our dinner, and folded up every day. We were given fresh towels, Yokatas, and socks every day. There is a mixed open-air onsen with swimsuits, which allowed us to spend time together in the onsen. (There are also separated ones.)

Cons:

The meals were beautifully prepared and truly showcased traditional Japanese cuisine. For us, and especially for our kids, the dishes were quite unfamiliar, and alternatives weren’t offered or discussed in advance. That said, the team made a genuine and thoughtful effort to accommodate our vegetarian needs, clearly putting a lot of care and pride into every meal. Because of the effort they invested, we didn’t feel comfortable asking for something different—and honestly, despite the unfamiliarity, we always left the table happily full 😊

お風呂食事とも満足でした。
Pros:

食事は夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。
ケーブルカーのようなので行く川岸の混浴露天風呂がとても気に入り、チェックイン直後と早朝に利用しました。施設は新しくないので洗面所などは使い勝手は良くなかったですが、清潔にされていました。また機会があれば利用したいです。

Cons:

部屋の中に姿見などがなく、化粧をするのに洗面所では暗すぎるし困りました。

Pros:

Most people might said this hotel is old in not a good way. But I’ll tell you, this is the place you should experience the nice old-style ryokan hotel. The ryokan bed mat is very comfortable.

Cons:

The pillow is too flat. I had to put a towel underneath but there were many towel given in the room. So don’t worry insufficient of towels.

But one thing that the hotel did a big mistake to me. I stayed 3 days 2 nights. First day, I was looking to book the private onsen but there was fully booked. So I immediately booked it for my day 2. Then the next day began, I spent the whole day for Kamikochi tour and expected to use the private onsen at the end of the day. When I came back to hotel, the front staff told me that I canceled the onsen booking and there was someone else written on my booking period on top of the space with liquid eraser (which was my room number).

I had to insist for 5 times and kept ask the staff “who told you to cancel my booking? And when?” They couldn’t answer me for once. Lastly they did the right thing to me. They gave me the same onsen booking period back.

So I recommend who is going the stay hotel. This hotel was very good and nice quality. The onsen was great both outdoor and indoor. But if you want to book the private one. You might have to book in advance and take a picture for evidence.
