The front desk team here is nothing short of outstanding. The greatest Muna and her level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests is something I rarely encounter, even in far more prestigious properties. A special thank you to the kitchen staff and those who work on breakfast service. Every interaction felt personal, attentive, and above and beyond what you’d expect. A special thanks to Ibrahim, Mohamed, Kawther, Masud, Sazzard, Manivel and Al Azhar!
