My recent stay at JS Luwansa Hotel was truly a delightful and satisfying experience. This was our first time staying here, and it left a very positive impression on us.

We checked in on March 20, 2026, at around 1:50 PM. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the security staff, which immediately set a great tone for our stay. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and handled very professionally with a friendly attitude.

The room was in excellent condition—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The amenities were quite complete, including a bathrobe, and the bathroom was well-maintained and odor-free, which we really appreciated.

We had dinner at Olam Restaurant on the same evening, and we truly enjoyed the food. Special appreciation goes to the chef for the delicious dishes. The service from the waiter staff was also outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and quick to assist. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but they all did a fantastic job.

There is just a small note for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the cutlery. During dinner, we noticed one spoon that was not perfectly clean on our table. However, once we informed the waiter, it was promptly replaced with a clean one, which we appreciated.

At breakfast on March 21, we were again warmly welcomed by the staff. The variety and taste of the breakfast offerings were good and satisfying.

Special thanks to Ms. Selvi for taking the time to ask for our feedback during breakfast. Also, special appreciation to Mr. Dhemang and all the waiters on duty—their service was truly excellent 👌

Last but not least, heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Yuni for her friendliness during the check-in process and for thoughtfully offering us an umbrella when we were about to go out after dinner.

I had a pleasant stay at JS Luwansa Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and quick.

The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Zabar who handled everything well. He was helpful, attentive, and naturally welcoming.

Overall, it was a good experience with a comfortable atmosphere. I would be happy to stay here again.

Had a lovely dinner set for valentine celebration here. The ambience was delightful and suitable for the theme. Not many places have their table set for the valentine, but here we can get more than decent! The food here was also fantastic, but somehow too much for my wife. But that's a good point for me 😂 the table attender (Mas Indra) also gives us a nicer experience here, fast and helpful. Gonna recommend everyone to at least goes here once for valentine dinner.

Really appreciate the effort to create and bring romantic ambience for Valentine dinner. Food was great with saxophone playing in the background really added to the experience. Overall we were very happy with our stay
