Steategic location either for family staycation or business, very close proximity to food center and public transportation. Good facility e.g swimming pool, gym, games (mini golf and darts). We received a room decoration from housekeeping kiki and lutfi as part of their service as well

This Hotel is very strategic and easily access. Olam Restaurant are very delicious, authentic, and Variatif. Thank You for Mrs. Neysa (FB Staff Restaurant) which is help our family in here. Had a very comfortable stay here. The un room was clean, cozy, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax. The service was good and everything was handled smoothly. I have stayed at JS Luwansa several times now, and it remains a consistent choice for my business trips to Jakarta. Here are a few reasons why it works well:
• Convenience: The location is the main draw for me. It’s within easy walking distance to my office, which is a major plus considering the local traffic.
• Breakfast Variety: The buffet offers a solid selection, ranging from Asian and Indian dishes to sushi and dim sum. I particularly enjoy the bread pudding and the Om Ali; they are definitely the highlights of the spread.
• Service: The staff is attentive and professional without being overbearing. They handle requests efficiently and contribute to a smooth stay.
• Reliability: I haven’t run into any technical or facility issues during any of my stays. Everything functions as it should, which makes it a dependable option for work travel.
Overall, it is a well-managed hotel that delivers exactly what I need for a productive stay.
