아침식사시 친절한 호텔 직원들 덕분에 맛있게 먹었습니다. 특히 커피등을 미리 안내하고, 추가로 나중에 커피를 먹겠다고 할경우, 테이크아웃으로도 준비해주는 점이 너무나 좋았습니다.
객실내의 샤워기 헤드가 고장이 나서 물줄기가 매우 약하고 안좋았습니다. 마사지를 할경우, 룸으로 불러서 할경우에는 미리 선결제를 카드로 할수 없고, 나중에 다시 마사지가 끝난후 라운지에 와서 결재하는 부분이 아쉬웠습니다. 마사지를 많이 이용하고 싶었는데 그게 귀찮아서 많이 활용 못했네요.
Location was strategic, the room was clean, the staffs were friendly and helpful. Was enjoy staying here. Breakfast was the best awesome.

I had a great and wonderful stay at JSL Luwansa,Jakarta between June 10th and 13th 2026.
As a part of my unforeseen business trip, I never anticipated such an awesome experience and ambiance.
The people were warm, hospitable, polite and extremely friendly.
Whether it is assisting breakfast table, pool bar or gym, the staff were of great service.
I want to specifically mention Alexia, Zoe and Yani for their sweet service.

This hotel is a great choice for those looking for a business hotel in the Kuningan area, part of Jakarta’s Golden Triangle business district. Its strategic location, cleanliness, spacious rooms, and the friendliness of the staff make for a very pleasant stay. The team is welcoming, responsive, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Intan for her warm hospitality during breakfast.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making them suitable for both staycations and business trips.
The breakfast selection is quite extensive for a 4-star hotel, offering a good variety of coffee, local specialties, and international dishes. Overall, it provides excellent value and a comfortable experience for both leisure and business travelers.

Steategic location either for family staycation or business, very close proximity to food center and public transportation. Good facility e.g swimming pool, gym, games (mini golf and darts). We received a room decoration from housekeeping kiki and lutfi as part of their service as well
