Ritz provided wonderful view of Almaty and surrounding mountains and proximity to visit our daughter who is studying in
Pros:

Proximity to our daughter who is studying at Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages. Great views from wonderful room, nice gym and spa, friendly staff and proximity to Almaty shops and attractions.

Cons:

Not a dislike - rather constructive criticism for better clarity and more options for dining for those with celiac disease (gluten allergy).

Een fijn hotel maar niet uitmuntend wat je zou verwachten van Ritz Carlton
Pros:

Het comfort van de kamer is geweldig met een uitzonderlijke douche.

Cons:

De lift was ondergekotst toen we aankwamen. De chauffeur die ons zou ophalen om 03.30 uur ‘s-nachts op de luchthaven die was er niet en bleek ondanks dat we het vluchtnummer hadden opgegeven en stond bij een andere terminal. Echt niet fijn. Ook was de gym heel beperkt.

Great staff
Pros:

The location was great and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, I had the flu so needed to go to a pharmacy, the staff took me to the nearest pharmacy and translated my symptoms to the pharmacist in Kazakh so that I could get the correct medication. The staff were all amazing.
