Pros:

First of all, the staff was extremely kind. The rooms were clean. You could get many amenities very easily. The staff was so kind that even when we asked the same question many times and we had to make many requests, they still answered kindly and positively. Definitely %100 recommending. Also, the location being close to Gion and Karasuma sttaion is very good
