The hotel was renovated obviously so it was nice and clean. They got convenient pantry opened during the day so you can grab a tea or coffee at anytime you want.
No microwave.

The hotel is under renovations, however they are only renovating the lobby right now. Stepping off the elevator the hallway was old and dirty. The room they gave us was filthy. It looked like a frat party was thrown in there and then attempted to quickly clean. There were stains everywhere on the walls to include liquid splatters and shoe prints. My family did not feel comfortable staying there. They were accommodating and tried to offer us a different room, however the cleanliness did not meet our standards. One of the bathrooms and rooms smelt awful. We aren’t sure why. The a/c unit in one room did not work. The phones were also not working. There were missing hardware on cabinets and door handles that were broken and barely hanging on.
They staff was kind and they tried to help solve the issue by switching rooms. We chose to go ahead and check out early after seeing that a different hallway and room looked the same.

The hotel is under construction. The room looked unfinished and the shower was broken. On the positive side, the staff was helpful and very friendly. The location is very centric for district 1. Within walking distance of many of the city’s landmarks but the area around the hotel is dirty.

Very disappointed that hotel did not mention that they’re renovating when I made booking, and the surrounding us also under construction.
The room was great, spacious, comfortable with a nice view! However there was no TV cable channel and room service not available. Renovation works was going on made it a bit noisy. Breakfast was adequate and decent quality as well.

Great location, such as restaurants, spa salons,walking distance to shopping and entertainments. They have a beautiful rooftop lounge bar, good services, good buffet, very friendly staff. Under construction , but would stay here again when completed.

They had works going that was so nosy from 8am in the morning- all day! They said that they had upgraded the room which was not true, the room was not even the room that we had booked, smaller
Nice enough in a good location for local shops and tour pick ups. Room was nice but bare as hotel undergoing refurbishment - we weren’t aware of this until we arrived. Views from the rooftop bar and pool are great, as were the drinks and food. Just note: it’s popular with tour groups and service becomes quite slow as they are given preference. Staff were friendly and nice.
