Nice location but very poor check in experience
Pros:

Great location and good value

Cons:

It took almost an hour to get the key to the apartment even though we received confirmation that our arrival time was acknowledged

Value for money for a peaceful family stay
Pros:

Location was pretty good and the view was reasonable too. This property was good value for money and had majority of the facilities needed.

Cons:

Parking downstairs was catastrophic with big cars and limited spaces to move around. Reception was mainly unattended and when I called on the number provided, I had to wait for a while until someone arrived to assist.

Had bad experience.
Pros:

The property was clean . Good location

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable. Very disappointing The house rules- making guest clear the bin . Kitchen wasn’t good. The oven wasn’t working. Not enough toiletries for 6 people when it was already booked for 6. Bath towel only for 4 people. Looks like very poor management. Wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Pros:

Location good and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No one at reception and after ringing advertised contact number we were merely told the apartment keys were in the apartment door. Then, shortly after settling in the apartment we found a half empty bottle of Gatorade under lounge, the lounge cushions too soft and noted there was no toilet paper.

Did not like anything about this place!

Cons:

Did not like it from time i arrived was told i could.check in early between 12pm & 1pm left waiting no one in attendence. To finding out Spa did not work. Washing machine with a washed blanket left inside. Washing machine,blanket stunk very unhygenic. Dirty bench tops, Dirty Tv, Wifi did not work. Window exposing glass was out of its seal.Daughter nearly cut her hand. Pool being cleaned with Pool Cleaner & Cords in Pool no signage drowning waiting to happen. When i complained was more or less told to go and find elsewhere. Which i did at paying $1633 for 3.nights for Penthouse Suite still waiting on a refund take your self elsewhere. Only stayed the 1 night and that was enougth.

Perfect size for 4 of us to stay in the 3-bedroom apartment. I’d stay again.
Pros:

The location was great.
The bar across the road has fantastic sound-proofing, so we slept well in the comfortable beds.
It’s a very roomy apartment with a decent amount of space to move around.

Cons:

It’s looking quite tired inside, and would benefit from a lick of paint and the carpets being steam cleaned.
The elevator is veeeery slow, but I’m pleased we didn’t have to take the stairs!
The carparks under the building are very narrow, and were tight to navigate.
