The staff were excellent friendly and courteous. Bit noisy at New Years but....... the staff were the best!

The location was convenient, the staff great and the room good to go. Will stay there again.

Jeg fikk veldig, veldig dårlig service fra en Eldre dame som jobbet i resepsjonen. Følte meg uønsket der, og frokost buffeten var OK, men masse kinesere som tok fra meg maten, og de puttet store bagger på bordene hvor vi spiste. Men en stor pluss til jentene som jobbet med frokosten, de var veldig hyggelige, men ristet på kinesernes oppførsel. Det var bare meg fra Europa og resten fra KINA. Og veldig langt inn til Pattaya beach. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotelet, NEI.

Warmwasser - Glücksache, WiFi funktionierte nur im Eingangsbereich, Premiumsender? möchte wissen welche das sein sollen, Deutsche Welle? Im kleinen Restaurant habe ich nur das Personal essen gesehen. An der kleinen Poolbar sollte man Thai essen - Amerikanisches Frühstück ohne O-Saft dafür mit Instant-Kaffee. Ansonsten wurde gerade ein Lift gebaut, d.h. die lärmenden Arbeiten wurden früh morgens gemacht. Positiv war das freundliche Personal, der grosse Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Lage sehr ruhig, 7 min zur Baht-Bus-Linie doch zu Fuss gefährlich - Hauptstraße ohne Bürgersteig. Es klingt für manchen kleinlich, doch was man verspricht, sollte man einhalten. Habe in Pattaya schon mehrmals Urlaub gemacht und kann daher gut vergleichen. Andere Hotels sind trotz Insiderpreis günstiger bei gleichen oder besseren Standard.

To many Chinese guests made it a noicy night! They don't care about sound or pool hours!

Сам отель хороший, чистые номера, бассейн. Огромный минус на мой взгляд это местоположение. Далеко от всего: ни приличных кафе, никаких развлечений ни даже обменника валют рядом нет. Далековато от центра и тусовочный мест. Самим состоянием отеля доволен.

Excellent value for the, having a pleasant stay. Large pool and impeccable facilities.

Perfect Hotel. Large & clean rooms with bathtub and balcony. Swimming pool. Silent location. Low price.

I have been there a couple of times. Everything was fine fine with reasonable price. Especially it was quiet day and night. Breakfast and lunch is served at the pool or in a small restaurant.
Bur the last two years there were groups of Chinese travelers checking in the evening and checking out next morning early, two or three bus /coaches each night. That might disturb you if you not get up early for instance.

Saknar hiss. Annars helt ok.

밤늦게 체크인했는데 들어가서 너무 실망했습니다. 잠만자고 나오는거라 다행이었는데 이가격이면
중심가에서 괜찮은 호텔로 충분히 머물수 있을듯요

The only drawback about my stay in this hotel is the internet.If you need internet as much as I do, please don't bother booking this hotel,except they revamped their internet system.It works with a username and password which you have to beg to log in each time you step out.Each morning you have to pick up a username and password from the receptionist and the connection is pretty much like the old dail-up system.
On a pleasant side, the breakfast was really good,room cleaners very efficient and friendly,Hotel environment is fancy and homely.
