L hôtel est bien et bien situé au centre de la station.
Bon petit déjeuner et dîner très correct.
Bémol: ils m’ont donné une chambre au 4 e et Ascenceur jusqu’au 3e, et chambre mal chauffé , plancher froid dommage

Un bel hôtel, bien placé.
Le personnel du ptit dej au top.
Cependant, un désaccord sur la réservation a gâché notre installation.
Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes, avec un lit double et un lit simple, mais à notre arrivée, ils ont refusé de nous donner cette chambre !
ils nous ont demandé de payer un surplus, ou de prendre une chambre avec 2 lits simples.
Nous avions notre réservation avec les mails de confirmation où tout était détaillé, mais impossible de faire entendre raison.
Heureusement, une remise sur le prix de la chambre a notre départ, a permis de faire un "Check out" moins stressant.

Trevligt hotell med perfekt läge i Les 2 Alpes, mindre än en minut från närmaste lift. Små rum där extrasängen i vårt trebäddsrum var väldigt smal vilket kan funka för ett barn men inte för en vuxen. Väldigt bra mat, både frukost och middag! Litet Spa med jacuzzi och ångbastu.

Terrible unprofessional hotel.
The staff are rude, the hotel had a awful smell. The jacuzzi water was yellow and smelt of urine. My room was so tiny that you couldn’t go toilet and close the door, the hotel had hardly any towels and when I asked for more they said they never had any. When I complained they insulted me.
I booked the restaurant which was supposed to be a buffet style. However when I arrived it was all seafood which I am allergic too. I asked for assistance and a rude old lady showed me some eggs stuffed with seafood and told me to remove the fish. I have never been so insulted in my whole life. I could get seriously sick from eating seafood yet she was so unsympathetic and couldn’t of cared less. At €309 a night I would seriously steer well away from this hotel.

Very functional hotel in a great location where you can ski right to the door of the boot room and has a nearby lifts. Room a good size and clean but bath very small. Communal areas not as inviting or as friendly as other hotels we have stayed in.

Such a wonderful discovery, finding this hotel among the mass of choices at Les Deux Alpes! The location is 50m to Belle Etoile lift and an easy ski home to the door. The hosts are warm; the multilingual staff, very knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Our room was clean, cosy, with wonderful mountain view. The restaurant and bar were very good, as were the comfortable lounge areas. You can even load your ski pass there. Our perfect choice for a skiing holiday.

No complaints other than noise from other rooms but that's normal in wooden buildings I'm afraid.

No problem speaking English in the whole hotel which is great. The rate is including breakfast and dinner, food is great. They also make very cool cocktails. Outdoor seating is amazing looking out to the mountains if the weather allows. There are seating areas near the fireplace very very cozy....the elevator takes you to ground level in the back for loading which is a plus plus, we found many hotels in the area you would have to carry your suitcases up and down the stairs...bathrobe in the room with big enough flat screen TV, storage for skis and a life right behind the hotel to take you up the ski slopes...amazing experience...

We stayed as a family over the Christmas period and had a super week. The hotel has an excellent location for Ski in/out should the show conditions permit (which unfortunately Europe as a whole in 2015 has not had).that said it is approx. 300m from the main cable car as after which we enjoyed good blue sky/no wind skiing on the glacier. The hotel staff were great and the food (half board option) fantastic and had a feel of fine dining in the attention and presentation of the food. Would definitely the hotel and are seriously considering returning next year.

We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews and because we could only stay for 3 nights. Other hotels nearby would only take a week long booking. Friendly staff, excellent food, perfectly located ski in/ski out. Cannot fault it! We will stay longer next year.

A friend and i stayed here for 4 days. i have been to L2A on numerous occasions and would hands down say this is the best hotel. Great views, fab location next to the chair lift, ski in / ski out option, 10 mins walk to the Jandri Express and 1 mins walk from the main street of the resort with all the bars, shops and restaurants.

Rooms were spacious, clear, all the amenities you'd expect, plus some great bathroom products.
