Perfect stopover along the coastal path
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great location and breakfast. View is the beach.

Cons:

Little noisy at night (understandable given the location). Quieted down promptly at 10:00pm.

Fab staff, they all work so hard and are friendly, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was great, good service. It was only available for an hour more hotels should adopt that idea. Great location for the beautiful beach 2 mins away. We stayed for 2 nights, the hottest of the year, our room was still comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was on the roadside overlooking the seating area so it can get quite noisy so I suggest you stay and enjoy the ambience! We didn't eat the evening meal, just had drinks, but the food looked great and it was busy so I think that says it all.

Lovely stay at this friendly and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The family/staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. We ate both breakfast and dinner at The Ship during our stay. Wide choice for both and enjoyable meals.
The beds were comfortable so we slept very well. Nice soft towels changed regularly
Free parking ar nearby National trust car park for duration of our stay.

Excellent. Met all expectations and will definitely return.
Pros:

Very good breakfast with top notch service. Way above expectation for room provided and serviced.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything except the place is very popular with day trippers all day long especially at weekends which speaks for itself really and did not affect service or provision for guests.

Three night stay in sunny Aberdaron
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night break at the Ship. It's a comfortable small hotel in a great location in the centre of Aberdaron. We had a cosy bedroom with sea view. The breakfasts (particularly the full British) and dinners were excellent. The landlord and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.
