El precio muy bueno pero podría mejorar en limpieza.
Pros:

El desayuno muy asiático y bueno, la ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña, con ventana pero sin vista al exterior, tenía como el vidrio nubloso. Ruido por obras de construcción se escuchaba el ruido de las otras habitaciones no insonorizado. No ponían agua de beber y no estaba del todo limpio, mucho polvo.

Lovely hotel in a good location in Osaka
Pros:

The hotel is situated just a short taxi ride or a few train stops from the Dotonbori and Namba areas, where the crowds are.Furthermore it has an hourly free shuttle to Osaka Station. It is in a beautiful riverside location. The staff are friendly and very efficient. The room is a fair size for Osaka and was spotlessly clean.

Cons:

Lunch hours are short (12.30-14.00). We felt uncomfortable as 2pm approached. The menu is limited. Only residents of the top three floors have access to the rooftop lounge.

Au-delà de mes attentes !
Pros:

Le standing de l'hôtel, l'équipement,le lounge accessible gratuitement pour les chambres a partir du 16 ème étage avec boisson a volonté et petits encas ,vous avec également un petit rooftop mais il faisait trop froid pour en profiter , possibilité de laisser ses bagages en attendant le check in.
Petit déjeuner de grande qualité et très varié.
Et j'allais oublié ,la.magnifique vue de ma chambre du 16eme Étage

Calm, clean and quiet
Pros:

Great location. Quiet but 5 mins from a subway. It felt a little more upmarket, and top tip is there’s a beautiful kissaten cafe for breakfast next door called cafe du bois. Lovely traditional feel with a contemporary edge

Compared to other hotels on our trip this one was the most disappointing
Pros:

Bathhouse was excellent.

Cons:

Rooms were very small. No place to sit and have a drink with friends after 10pm. Breakfast was expensive and the food wasn’t great.
