Pros:

I liked the responsiveness of the staff. I had an allergic reaction to some medication and a staff memeber(otomi? I believe) assisted me with booking a doctors appointment nearby. I also really loved the lounge experience with the specialty ginger ale and custom mocktails.

Relaxing start to our Japan trip.
Pros:

Wonderful stay in Osaka! Great location, quiet and relaxing. The public bath was enjoyable even in the heat of summer. Delicious breakfast!

Great location.
Pros:

The room was clean, beds were made everyday, amenities replenished everyday. Location of this hotel was great, right next door to a 7eleven with friendly staff, very close to the train station and short walk to many restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Room was a lot smaller than expected, bathroom area was very small and no where to store clothes or shoes, had to live out of our suitcase.

Cons:

Çalışanların tutumunu beğenmedim, çözüm bulmak yerine para kazanmaya odaklıydılar. Oda temizliği çok iyi değil, odamda toz vardı. Otelin bulunduğu konum çok kötü, çevresinde sadece plazalar var, metroya da yakın değil.

Staff and the breakfast were disappointing.
Pros:

Good location, small but comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Staff are not at all helpful, constant fake smile with no delivery. Following a confusion about an airport transfer, the concierge refused to help me book a car. Compared to other same calibre hotels I've stayed in Japan, there are really few Western breakfast options.

Staff were very professional and the property is conveniently located. The hotel was very clean and fresh throughout. With shuttle service to and from Osaka station.

Sehr schönes, stylisches Hotel das von außen und innen optisch überzeugt und einen super Service bietet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.
