It was very serene, modern, room was slightly bigger by Japan’s standards.
The “onsen” public bath was a wonderful bonus.
Slightly not in the center, had to take shuttle.
Location, view, staff and amenities, good base for Osaka vacation.
Window had to be open constantly as it got condensation if it wasn’t. Caught a chest cough as we couldn’t regulate the temperature in the room

The location was a little out of the way. Close to the station but had to walk and catch trains to get to popular destinations like Dontonbori street
Location is excellent. Premier lounge on L16 was brilliant for our group. Staff were very helpful. Onsen facilities were also very good.
部屋が広々としていて、トイレとお風呂が別々な点が良かったです。大浴場も、入れる時間帯が長くて、お風呂も綺麗で最高でした。
近くのお好み焼き屋さんを教えていただきましたが、いざ行ってみれば予約が必ず必要と言われ、入店できませんでした。
