Perfect still!
Pros:

i have staywd here quite a few times before closer tonwhen it first opened and i was very keen to come back.
So pleased I did
I think it's a perfect intersection of price, design , location and atmosphere
This time I stayed in a junior suit with lounge access.
This time they had a Russian multilingual woman employed who was very helpful as her English was great. All.the staff were very capable in communicating with us as well- though i do speak japanese.

Cons:

Although the lounge had complimentary evening alcoholic drinks , the food and snacks were a little underwhelming. I would not choose this option in the future
There is a complimentary bus to and from Osaka JR Station, which I was not able to use as I could not find the bus stop.So make sure you are aware of it's location prior to arriving.

Hotel sopravvalutato e prezzo alto rispetto a quanto offerto.
Pros:

La hall è bella e luminosa quindi fa un buon effetto. Ampia la scelta del buffet a colazione ma tavoli e suppellettili sporchi, pieni di ditate e datati.

Cons:

La camera assegnata era estremamente usurata sia negli arredi che in bagno. Anche la pulizia degli spazi comuni non mi è parsa accurata o almeno non vicina allo standard del paese.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gute japanische Küche.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Blick auf den Fluss war super.
Sehr gutes japanisches Restaurant.

Cons:

Tolles japanisches Frühstück, aber das Kontinentale war dagegen eher Mittelmäßig.

Pros:

Great location with 7/11 and the train station very close by. The rooms were modern and clean and offered good amenities. Loved that they had a station downstairs to grab extra amenities as needed too.
Very good soundproofing and blackout blinds, comfortable beds too.
Enjoyed the lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small, with not much space to layout suitcases and bags.

Mooi hotel net buiten het drukke centrum
Pros:

Fijn hotel op 10 minuten van het centrum als je met de metro gaat
Heerlijk ontbijt zowel westers als Japans
We hadden toegang tot de lounge dit is ‘s avonds nadat je de stad in bent geweest heerlijk drinken en diverse kleine hapjes

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall für einen Osaka Aufenthalt zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes nicht zu großes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Auch das japanische Dinner ist hervorragend!

This is a top notch hotel and the public bath was a highlight
Pros:

Loved so many things.. the public bath on top floor, the spacious bathroom area, frequent shuttle service to and from Osaka Station

Cons:

It seemed to be in the heart of the business area so took us awhile to find local cafes and shops
