room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bath was so great too, Pastry at lounge was delicious and highballs are divine. Loved the area
some staff are incredibly rude and unfriendly specially at lounge like they acted as if they hate customers. Also at checkin felt like we're at passport control in airport no smile whatsoever. Very grumpy and unfriendly. Which ruined the whole experience for me.

Liked to room size and layout, very good size for a Japanese hotel.
Breakfast was good for Japanese food but lacked options for a western style breakfast. The breakfast room was a little too small for the number of guests and the room was tired/worn ....needs an upgrade. Hotel staff while were generally good but I had a very late flight on the day of check out and wanted to use the lounge do some work, even offered to pay, but the hotel staff said no....so I ended up in the reception area which was crowded and generally uncomfortable for working.

壁紙などがちょっと汚れてましたが、まぁ劣化するものなので仕方ないかなと思いました。それ以外は大満足でした。

Excellent quite location. Excellent staff very helpful. Lovely fresh light facilities. We had access to the rooftop lounge this was excellent place to chill or before our check in. Would recommend this hotel. Sorry I didn't take any photos of the room only view. Had dinner one evening which was excellent also a buffet breakfast lots of lovely Japanese food and options for every taste.
Personally the bed a bit too firm.

La ubicación y la limpieza.Que durante 4 dias nos hayan guardafao las maletas y que a la vuelta, las trasladasen a la habitación.
Que 35 minutos antes del final horario del desayuno, dejasen de reponer café, frutas y otros alimentos. Me parece faltal!
Good location. Easy to get metro and areas of interest. Good to have a shuttle bus to and from the main station.
