This accommodations is registered as a provider of the Pre Trip Program (Programa Previaje) of the Argentinian Ministry of Tourism and Sports (CUIT: 30708849231)
At least one of the guests must be the owner of the credit card used to pay and his name must match the person on the reservation. This card must be shown during check-in. A credit card must be provided to charge possible supplements.
Upon arrival at the establishment full payment of the stay is required in case of reservations with standard policy.
The company and employes of the Apart reserve the right to enter the apartments at least once a day to, among other things, perform maintenance and cleaning tasks and ensure that guests are well.

Local guests who need a type A receipt for their stay should send their tax information (AFIP form No. 8001) to the property once the reservation is made.

The towels are changed every 2 days and the bed linen is changed once a week. Apart San Diego Recoleta adheres to the commitment to protect the planet by reducing the consumption of water and chemical products.

The reservation and the advance payments can only be paid by credit card.

Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer will receive the return of 21% of taxes once they stay and present a passport with a stamp of entry to the country on less than 90 days prior to check in. creo que podrian haberle puesto un poquito de onda a mis peticiones. habia pedido una plancha creo que no era tan tan dificil. por otra parte me hospede en la habitacion 503 en donde el aire acondicionado no llegaba a la tercera camita al lado de la mesa imaginate que les iba a pedir un ventilador de pie. algunas cosas, artefactos, se notaban antiguos, la television, el aire acondicionado, NO ES DE LOS HOSPEDAJES MAS ECONOMICOS EN LA ZONA como para prentender menos
