At least one of the guests must be the owner of the credit card used to pay and his name must match the person on the reservation. This card must be shown during check-in. A credit card must be provided to charge possible supplements.
Upon arrival at the establishment full payment of the stay is required in case of reservations with standard policy.
The company and employes of the Apart reserve the right to enter the apartments at least once a day to, among other things, perform maintenance and cleaning tasks and ensure that guests are well.
Local guests who need a type A receipt for their stay should send their tax information (AFIP form No. 8001) to the property once the reservation is made.
The towels are changed every 2 days and the bed linen is changed once a week. Apart San Diego Recoleta adheres to the commitment to protect the planet by reducing the consumption of water and chemical products.
The reservation and the advance payments can only be paid by credit card.
Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Please note the based on local tax laws, all Argentinian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (VAT) of 21%. Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer will receive the return of 21% of taxes once they stay and present a passport with a stamp of entry to the country on less than 90 days prior to check in. They must manage this return personally by also delivering the original invoice received at the time of check in.

I do not recommend this place. The Wi-Fi was poor and there was a lot of noise coming from the street because of the bad soundproofing. Also, the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door at 8 AM to ask if we wanted the room cleaned. The worst part, which was completely unacceptable, was their reaction to some minor makeup stains on the towels. They actually demanded that we take them to a dry cleaner ourselves or pay an outrageous $30 fee, even though the stains came off immediately when we washed them ourselves with just soap and water. It was an incredibly unprofessional way to treat guests over something so trivial. Very disappointing.

Vamos siempre al hotel por la ubicación, el tamaño de las habitaciones, la limpieza y el trato del personal.
En este caso, a diferencia de otras veces, notamos que la habitacion necesita un mantenimiento, el piso flotante esta hundido, en parte de la habitacion, al aire acondicionado tiene rotación las aletas por lo tanto no podes regular la dirección y siempre te da de lleno en la cama. Lo que lo hacía un poco incomodo.

Todo muy bien. Salvo las camas: incomodisimas. La primer noche no pude dormir. Increíble lo mala calidad de esos colchones. Lamento tener que decirlo porq el resto todo de 10...personal,limpieza,ubicación....Una pena que no compren camas con colchones cómodos
Great location in Recoleta. I felt safe walking home from the Teatro Colon late at night. The bed was comfortable, great to have more space and good water pressure in the shower. I can’t comment on the kitchen facilities, as I did not use them.
