Upon arrival at the establishment full payment of the stay is required in case of reservations with standard policy.
The company and employes of the Apart reserve the right to enter the apartments at least once a day to, among other things, perform maintenance and cleaning tasks and ensure that guests are well.
Local guests who need a type A receipt for their stay should send their tax information (AFIP form No. 8001) to the property once the reservation is made.
The towels are changed every 2 days and the bed linen is changed once a week. Apart San Diego Recoleta adheres to the commitment to protect the planet by reducing the consumption of water and chemical products.
The reservation and the advance payments can only be paid by credit card.

A gem in Ricoleta! Welcoming staff and pristine suits, extremely clean and warmly decorated.

Great location, a bus stop right in front of it, many coffee shops, restaurants, even a grocery store within 5 min or less. Someone is at the reception desk 24 hours. The apartment was quiet and roomy, the bed was excellent, so was the A/C, we used the fridge, the microwave and the dishes. The bathroom was adequate. Everything was clean. The apartment was serviced/cleaned daily. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially after I broke my knee and was by myself for 2 whole days. They were patient with me as I turned into a "high maintenance" guest overnight. They provided everything I requested. Everyone got involved - the hotel manager, the receptionists, the security guard and even the cleaning staff - all were very helpful and understanding. My biggest thanks to all of them!

Café da manhã! Poderia ser melhor! Vocês anunciam que o hotel disponibiliza o café da manhã e oferece apenas um café e duas médialunas! Muito fraco! E além disso o restaurante fica fora do hotel!

localização boa, bairro movimentado e com varias opções, tem um ponto de onibus bem na frente. quarto espaçoso, tem ar condicionado e ventilador.
chuveiro poderia ser melhor, saindo pouca agua, dificil pra tomar banho e lavar o cabelo. cafe da manha é em um restaurante perto, nao é ruim ser em outro lugar, mas esperava mais opção do cafe da manha (apenas um cafe e 2 medialunas), se quiser outras coisas tinha que pagar. acabamos indo conhecer outros cafés por ali mesmo ja que tinha que pagar.
