Very nice ~ great location and staff!
Pros:

Location and staff ~ were excellent!
Staff went out of their way to help us!
Room and beds, were very clean and comfortable!

Cons:

Wish that there had been a breakfast included.
Also would have been wonderful to have had an indoor pool | and a hot tub outside.

Coffeemate is never a good choice for coffee. Spend the extra $$ and get cream. Same for the auto coffee maker.

A very enjoyable place to stay for a few days
Pros:

This is small, boutique-like, hotel. Everything is well maintained, clean, and friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the linens and towels are really good quality. The staff are very courteous and outgoing. Easy access from the main road through Parksville, parking is free. The best pizza on Vancouver Island is within a few minutes drive. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance. The small lounge area with a big sofa, large TV , jigsaw puzzles, and a coffee machine are a really nice feature. With your room key as ID , the mini-golf across the road is free. Rathtrevor beach is close by as are numerous tourist attractions.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

Clean. Friendly staff. I was glad to see a printer available in a common room. When I discovered it didn't work, Toni offered to print what I needed. The next day Para went the extra mile to help with the printing. My first email
'got lost' and Para perservered to ensure the file was received and printed. I appreciated the service and friendliness from Toni and Para.

Cons:

Even though I thought I adjusted to temperature in the room, I woke up cold in the middle of the night. I probably didn't set it right.
