I love how closed it is with NU SENTRAL. Only take 5 mins from hotel to there so basically you can go everywhere from here. The customer service is also on top! Very helpful with customers.
The 1st time i book this hotel it was a very bright n cheerful place. But the 2nd time i come it looks quite dim, i understand the change of management, but i hope the higher up can maintain the Hotel cuz it's already one of my fav hotel.

1. Only one key card was given when we are three of us staying. When asked for second set of keys was informed that they only provide one which is very inconvenient when we are going out to different places & coming back at different times.
2. Safety box was not working , when called for assistant, was informed that the maintenance guy will only be available next morning at 10 am. The whole night there was a bleeping noise from the box and it disturbed. I will sleep throughout the night.

Poor water supply..almost no water on 2nd before check out
I was not given room dispite full amount is paid. I go there said no room all booked. No refund being done.
