L’emplacement, la propreté de la chambre

Cons:

Le confort de la chambre est mediocre.La salle de bain manque de modernité. Le prix est trop élevé pour un hôtel de ce type. Personnel pas toujours disponible et sympathique.

Toilet sink leaking. Toiletries not properly replenished. Towels looked old. Payment method constraints. Only one person at reception, understaffed.

Pros:

From the room, the street, moving cars, and city lights were visible, which made the view quite pleasant. The room lighting could have been a little brighter, although it was still adequate. The location is also close to KL Central Market.

Cons:

It took several calls before the reception answered the phone.

Była zapewniona kawa i herbata. Ręczniki były wymieniane codziennie. Łóżko wygodne.

Cons:

Nie dostaliśmy tego za co zapłaciliśmy, czyli widoku. Brak okna, mimo że w ogłoszeniu zapewniony był widok. Hałaśliwa winda, która utrudniała zasypianie, a proces rejestracji był bardzo powolny.

Tiny and unclean room
Pros:

Location is good. Walkable distance to KL Sentral

Cons:

The rooms are very small. Especially the bathroom. Not possible sit straight in the closet. I need to turn left and sit. There's no space to keep legs also. Very much congested. The AC is not working. The room was full of dust and not cleaned properly
