Nothing the whole experience was appalling!
Everything! Awful staff awful food awful breakfast. Shower didn’t work. Room was noisy! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
Room, bed was comfortable, bath towels excellent. Good sea view. Food was good.
Beautiful room but needs a good clean. Loved the marble bathroom and roll top bath next to balcony. Sea views and animals lovely to see
Cleanliness a big let down and breakfast hamper. Was expecting a cooked breakfast. Hairs in fridge and cobwebs everywhere. Coffee down walls. Chipped broken coffee table and windows thick of dirt.
We had a lovely plated carvery lunch today. The brisket beef and the turkey were superb. There were 4 of us and we hope to go again.
Staff were friendly , surroundings very pleasant.
We booked a deluxe double room with sea view and king bed. The view was as described however there was condensation on windows indicating breakdown of double glazing. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly with half empty toiletries left by previous occupants and the bin was left in middle of floor with no liner. The general decor was very worn and dusty. There was more or less constant noise from room above. We had pre booked carvery a couple of days before travelling for 1830 having been assured this would still be available however there was just beef left with very little veg or gravy and all very unappealing. We didn’t have to pay for the little we had however was too late to go anywhere else nearby and we were very hungry after travelling all day. This hotel is in serious need of an upgrade and at the least a deep clean.

Friendly staff good location
The breakfast hamper wasn't to our liking and we found the food menu a bit dated ,and over all it looked in need of a bit money spending on it
Tout
Manque un peu de propreté
Great location, staff really friendly. Nice warm welcome. Rooms comfortable and clean. Nice touch with the complimentary breakfast items including fresh milk and fruit in a little fridge.

Lovely clean room, staff very helpful and Friendly.
The continental breakfast was nice, but would be better with some butter and jams for the croissants.
Friendly staff, especially the young lad behind the bar who also checked us in.
Great location with lots of parking.
Breakfast is a breakfast hamper with long life croissant, biscuits, porridge pots and orange juice in plastic cups. It would be better if this was in the main dinning area as our room was small. Cooked breakfast is an additional cost.
The room was not cleaned daily, the breakfast hamper was topped up daily.
The plumbing in the bathroom needs fixing soonest as scolding hot water comes out. There is a note warning you of this in the bathroom.
We both agreed the room was adequate for the price. We had stayed at the Dormy before and really liked our stay, hence us re booking it again.
Everything we needed was there and although the bed was a firm small double we had a comfy night's sleep.
We discovered, much to our disappointment, there's no longer a cooked breakfast option - the wording in the Booking.com description does not make this very clear at all. There was just a DIY food basket in our room. The cooked breakfast we had there last time was really good and we had been looking forward to that!
The breakfast was different, supply of brekkie treats in the room.
Coffee and tea supplied in the room with a good sized kettle.
The bed was super comfy.
Friendly atmosphere
Nothing
Great location, free parking on site, absolutely spotless, staff couldn’t do for you
I think the charge for the dog, was a little excessive
The location close to the Village and the beach
Breakfast did not have real coffee or real bread
Location
In decline, poor development decisions have degraded the experience.
Bar prices are high, you pay for a breakfast, but do not get one.
They do not even have a restaurant anymore, just restaurant priced bar meals
