Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, soundproofed room

Cons:

Elevator wasn't working, no air conditioning, noisy street when window open, kitchenette has fridge but no microwave

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The beds were comfortable and we had a nice view from our balcony.

Cons:

The lift was out of order for the whole five days and our room was located at the top floor.
There was no aircon and the room got really hot as it had 35 degrees outside.

Good room, nice space, located in a good part of the city with transport links available
Pros:

Nice room, in a good location. I had a room on the 6th floor, and it was lovely up there. I liked that the bedroom was spacious

Cons:

It is hard to get into the shower, it's cramped into the corner.

Pros:

Ablageflächen und Steckdosen ausreichend

Cons:

Das Klima war grauenhaft, es scheint alles synthetisch zu sein, keine Klimaanlage, technische Mängel (Schlüsselkarten wiederholt defekt), renovierungsbedürftig, düster - nicht cool, völlig lieblos eingerichtet.

Cooles Hotel mit einem grossen Makel: die fehlende Klimaanlage!
Pros:

Zimmergrösse und Komfort (Betten), Frühstücksbuffet (Auswahl) und Lage (ruhig). Auch die Möglichkeit, einen Hund mitzunehmen ist sehr positiv. Das Frühstücken im schattigen Innenhof war auch sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Zimmer: In dieser Preiskategorie sollte eine Klimaanlage eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Auch das Fehlen eines prominenten Hinweises auf der Website ist enttäuschend.
Zahlung: Nur Kartenzahlung möglich (Frühstück und Hund). Das ist leider nicht kundenfreundlich.

An Hitzetagen unbedingt meiden!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, für das wir nichts bezahlen mussten - weil der Fahrstuhl ausgefallen war und wir bei 38 Grad Innentemperatur zu Fuß in den siebten Stock gehen mussten. Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist ebenfalls vorteilhaft. Allerdings wird die U-Bahn gerade umgebaut. Die Busse des Schienenersatzverkehrs sind meist überfüllt.

Cons:

Während heißer Tage sollte man das Hotel unbedingt meiden. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage. Unbedingt nach einem Raum fragen, der nach hinten rausgeht. Die Räume nach vorne sind unmittelbar der Morgensonne ausgesetzt und direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Die Zimmer sind außerdem klein, die Badezimmer etwas heruntergekommen. Für zwei Nächte im Doppelzimmer war der Preis von 375 € einfach zu hoch. Auch wenn es München ist.
