BW Suite Belitung

When you enter the room it is difficult to put the card until the light is on. Have to check the box for the light.

Stayed for 4 nights at BW, the room and size is very good, pity that they didn't have a bathtub though. Easy to get around the island via Grab or by booking a vehicle and driver. The food for breakfast and room service is very good.

２回目の宿泊ですが、今回も、スタッフみんなよく働いていて感心しました。朝食もあいかわらずおいしかったです。周りに新しいホテルが出来ましたが、負けずに頑張って下さい。

Good location by the water, approx. 30mins from airport. Hotel staff were nice and some could speak English fluently. Getting up to your hotel room can sometime take a while as they only have 2 lifts for 10+floors. Room is clean, however bathroom is old and could do with a renovation. Buffet breakfast at their restaurant was above average with a nice selection of Asian and Western food. However, stay clear of having dinner at their restaurant, service was very slow and food varied from being too salty to being bland. Portions were generous.

I come here for work & it's the closest hotel to my work place. The room is spacious & the hotel is big although the design is a bit old. Breakfast selection is quite varies, although they tend to running out of the fruits. The coffee is quite watery. On my last stay, unfortunately the hot water didn't really work, but on other rooms I've stayed before I didn't encounter this. Once I got the ocean view room & it was a pleasant view.

The staff's service is excellent. I once forgot to return the card & promised to return on next visit & they allowed me to do this. I also left my item in the room & they brought it down for me.

The hotel staff are friendly but could not speak english well. Although the spa stated 1, 1.5 or 2 hrs package, but whenever we request for 1.5 or 2hrs, the masseurs always reject and insist on 1hr. Furthermore, the swimming pool stink abit, thus it seems the pool water is not changed regularly. There is a small gym available for us. But it is really small with 3 machines ( trackmill, bicycle and rower) and a yoga mat.

Slow reaction, Not enough staff(or at least felt like it). Lights on the balcony and in front of the door could not be turned off, so I had to take out the card key when I sleep. Many of the staffs could not speak English, which is understandable but staffs who answered the calls(help desk, in dine) also were poor in English which made the stay hard.

dont have for kids facility and activity.

And very worse condition if u bring towel to outsite will be fine Idr 350.000

I booked 3 rooms on this trip and 2 of them are located in the area that are very noisy when rainning.

One of the better choice of hotels in Belitung (not many option to choose!) Except for comfortable beds and cleanliness, everything else is mediocre. The hotel is just 1,5 years old but it sure does look older than that. They could have done more with the beach next to the hotel, perhaps clean the area and make it totally nice by placing beach chairs and shades but of course that won't happen.

We had a room with no view. The window was facing a huge wall.

Modern and new. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Very close to town centre and good base to go and discover the island. Nice ocean view from hotel room, though be aware it is not a beach suitable for swimming. Nice pool though. If you eat breakfast outside be prepared to share your food with hungry insects, but not a major issue.

They need to add 1 more restaurant, so the guest will hv few option to eat.
