Accessible. Nice locatiom

Cons:

You have to specify u need cleaning everyday, otherwise you would just be handled with clean towels everyday. But the trash and soiled towels stays with you in the room till they clean the room.

Pros:

シャワーのお湯もたっぷりで快適でした。サーモンといくらのどんぶりの朝食がおいしかったです。イカの塩辛の小鉢もご飯に合っておいしかったです。朝から元気が出ました。

Will stay again and hoping for a cheaper rate next time.
Pros:

At first, I was quite disappointed with the smell in the room, as it was a smoking room and I had some difficulty breathing. It was partly my oversight for not specifically requesting a non-smoking room during booking.
I truly appreciate that the team promptly deodorized the room. After that, we were able to relax and sleep comfortably, which made a big difference in our stay.
I was also pleased with the toiletries provided. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair feeling smooth and soft, and I especially liked the cleansing oil, moisturizer, and the other amenities. Sorry for taking 1 sachet of moisturizer after checkout, I really like it.
Overall, thank you for the effort in addressing our concern and improving our experience. The staffs in the reception are very helpful.

Clean room, convenient location wonderful staff. fully recommended
Pros:

The staff is amazing. We stayed there for two nights and when we checked out, we realized that we left our iPods in the room. We contacted the property and the staff immediately found it and offered to ship it to anywhere in Japan for us. they were super helpful and really went beyond the normal service standards.

Pros:

숙소 위치가 삿포로 역에서 가깝고 근처에 식당이나 편의점도 많아서 지리적으로 매우 좋습니다.

Cons:

난방기가 갑자기 혼자 꺼져서 밤에 추워서 깼습니다. 와이파이가 한번씩 끊어져서 프런트에 얘기하여 고쳐주셨는데 다음날 똑같은 현상이 발생하여 TV를 시청하는데 불편함이 있었습니다.
