Close to Sapporo Station; courteous helpful staff; comprehensive ammenities and comfortable hotel

Pillows are like sandbags but this seems to be standard in Japan hotels or at least in the ones we’ve stayed in

Pros:

Close to JR station. Room is big enough to open large luggage on the floor. Streaming services on TV. Delicious breakfast with 6 options. Could exchange the unused breakfast coupons with others (e.g. cake, tickets to TV tower, shopping coupon at a souvenir shop in train station). Convenient hot/cold water stations on most floors.

Perfect staff and amazing food
Pros:

The food was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, especially with arranging my luggage delivery. They even called the destination hotel to confirm details beyond what I originally requested and helped me complete all the shipping documents. Their service and attention to detail made me feel very impressed and well taken care of throughout my stay.
