Always exceeds expectation
Pros:

I have been with Richmond Hotel for long time and everytime I travel to Hokkaido, I would stay a few days with them. Over the decade, I witnessed and experienced their continuous improvements no matter in terms of room facilities, staff service, and breakfast options. Cant fault on anything with them. Once again, they have exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return again if I travel to Sapporo again.

Location and value for money

Cons:

Two rooms we had booked. In one worm we found coakcroch and in another a worm. They did clean up immediately but would have loved it more without the creepies.

Perfect for our Sapporo trip!
Pros:

Is near the city centre, close to the nearest train station, and spacious for us and it fits our 2 large suitcases and 1 cabin size suitcase and still plenty of room left!

良い旅の思い出とお気に入りのホテルが出来ました
Pros:

立地が良かったです。
また、受付の職員さんも挨拶をきちんとされ、質問にはきちんと答えて下さる等、私たちの年代のホテルのイメージと変わった点(部屋にアメニティ用品が無いなど、エコの観点もありますが)に戸惑うことなく、
宿泊出来ました。
本籍は北海道なので
またお世話になることがあるかもしれませんが、その節はよろしくお願いします。
