残念な気持ちが残ってしまった。
Cons:

大人2人、子供2人で宿泊予約を入れたがベッドが二つしかなく、ベッドの状況をキチンと確認しなかった当方が悪いのかもしれないが部屋の案内を見た際に、四人が快適に休める大きなベッドの提案がされているものばかりだと解釈していました。かなり残念な気持ちで後にした。

Overall stay is satistfied. Thestaff is very helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and very yummy.
Pros:

The breakfast menu is very good. The food is always warm and served nicely on the plate. One of their servants who was performed outstanding service to us. She whose hair cut is short had very good hospitality having nice chit chat with our toddler while serving our order.

Cons:

It is challenging to communicate in english with most of the staff.

Comfortable and good location
Pros:

Excellent location. Bus from the airport stopped very close to the hotel.
Self service amenities bar was nice and well stocked.
Room was relatively spacious compared to some other Japanese hotels.
Room had everything that we needed. Filtered water dispenser was also a nice bonus.
TV and easy connection to streaming services.
Staff were friendly and helped to receive my parcel. They also had a handy tool to help with translation.

Cons:

Air filter in smoking room made the room smell smokier. But that’s my mistake also for booking a smoking room. Window was able to be opened for ventilation.
Water temperature could be a bit hotter.
Pillows were way too hard, almost felt like playdoh.
