My experience at this hotel was very satisfying. The service from the staff was exceptional. From the lobby entrance, through the front desk, concierge, manager, and the staff in the lounge, everyone was friendly and helpful.
I stayed in the Prada Suited room, and the overall amenities were excellent. The king-size bed was soft, the pillows were just the right size, the towels were comfortable for bathing, the bathtub was great, and the TV was large enough to stream YouTube Premium and Netflix. There was also a work desk so I could open my laptop and catch up on work.
The 7th floor had a gym, swimming pool, and spa. Everything was great, as I tried them all. Breakfast on the 5th floor was excellent, with a wide selection of food. There was Indonesian, Arabian, International, Chinese, and more. There were also a variety of pastries, porridge, coffee, tea, and fruit. Awesome.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was very satisfying. Recommended. 5/5.
