Clean quiet basic accommodation with good breakfast. Above all we really appreciated the help we received from Yen on reception with booking onward buses and hotels. She was great.
Good location. Super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the breakfast. The room we got given was on the ground floor with a window that faced a wall and a safe that did not work, so first impressions were not great. We asked about the safe and they changed our room to a second floor room with windows onto the street below. Although noisier, this was much preferable. The room was clean and not too far to walk to get to things.
We liked the convenience of our room. The staff helped us figure out how to get places and made helpful suggestions.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is acceptable.

This hotel is a tad hard to find but it’s in the perfect backpackers area and is still quiet enough to sleep. Very friendly staff and adequate breakfast.
Big damp/mould patch on roof of our room with really bad smell of damp. Asked to move on several occasions but no other rooms available. Otherwise good location, friendly staff.

The hotel is close to the market and streets with bars and restaurants. And 20 minutes away from the Skybar.
liveable conditions, considering that i am sort of a clean freak. Very family type of hotel style, genuine interaction between staffs and stayers.
The room and bathroom were quite small but great shower and helpful staff. Well located in busy area of Saigon but away from traffic noise. Breakfast was very good with lovely baguette or traditional food.
Hotel sent a car to pick us up ar 3 am at the airport for a reasonal rate

Wonderful, helpful and gentle staff don't make up for the small rooms and the constant noise of construction. For the price though, it is a good budget option in a GREAT location with a nice breakfast. Won't stay here again as there are other options but the staff are beautiful.
the staff here is very friendly and nice. we can feel the welcoming when we step into the hotel. I was assigned to 3rd floor hotel's room but reassigned to 1st floor immediately when I told them my wife is pregnant.
Hotel location is quite nice, it's inside a small alley in the busy tourist area. can find very good beef noodles soup less than 100 meters away and near to busy night life just 300 meters away.
the hotel is not as noisy because it's not right in the busy area but it's also not as quiet especially in the morning.
Breakfast is not bad.
overall, value for money and I like the hospitality.
Staff was nice and it was in a perfect location, not too loud at night which can be an issue along the busy market streets. The hot breakfast was better than expected as well.
The check in process was easy and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean with strong AC and a hard bed. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was strong with free refills. Very nice common area for reading and relaxing. Central to the nightlife and many good restaurants and street vendors.
Good service for 3 night. Last night they asking us to change room... Hurmmm.. Not suitable for famly.

Accomodating staff.
Was given a level 5 room and there was no elevator to take get up. The last flight of stairs were particularly small and steep, making for a dangerous climb.
The staff very nice to us. They always suggest to us where to go the interesting place there.
