Clean, tidy, useful design, friendly staff

I love the private hot tubs heated pool and the maori designs our the property i would recommend Going back 2 stay again

Staff were super friendly, the location, the room it was all perfect, the kids loved the hot tub and being close to the pool. We know where we will be staying next time we are in Rotorua :)

This accommodation is a hidden gem! It’s incredibly close to the Maori Village, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The free access to laundry facilities and BBQ grills was a huge bonus. Although I didn’t have time to try the sauna due to my short itinerary, I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The front desk staff were exceptional—they even fixed a broken button on my shirt! A wonderful stay all around.

A dream stay for mountain biking enthusiasts! The dedicated bike-washing area is super convenient. The in-room smart toilet was an amazing surprise, and having my own private hot tub was the cherry on top. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of riding. To top it off, the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The motel is in excellent condition. We enjoyed our stay. We had a sound sleep. Enjoyed our hot bath. Highly recommended. Great for family of four.

Good value for money. Enjoyed private pool.

Was a great room, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The tub was good and the pool too but was closed for one day for cleaning. Kitchenette is so handy, and ensuite. BBq area was great too but too many rules, especially during summer and couldnt sit and talk after 9pm. No spa after 10pm, no swimming after 7pm, security every night.

Would still go back if security didn't go past every half hour lol. Nice staff.



We had police around one day for strange groups on the property, scared some families with small tamariki.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the whole place its amazing very clean everything was just so amazing compared to a few others we've stayed at in the area this tops them all for price and plenty more location is amazing as well private and just awesome service. Thank yous

I loved that our parking was right outside our room. It was also really great to have a spa just for our room. There was only one issue with our stay and that was that the air conditioning was broken. To be fair we didn't end up saying anything as we were in and out of our room and by the time we came back to the room at night we couldn't be bothered.

We stayed for 3 nights and first day room is dirty then next day room make up team just did only bed not even done floor vacuum, bathroom cleaning, used facial towels then we talk with reception and he said “we have vacuum cleaner if you want

The room smells like smokers have been in it, TV remote not working, door handles scungey, kind of an unclean/gross feeling.

The room was pretty run down. It was clean, but had cracks in walls and ceilings.
I wouldn't stay again.

Clean and tidy but in need of an upgrade/maintenance. Spa pool is just a big bath, no jets just a tap for filling, cooking hotplate ripped out and replaced with cheap, rusty Warehouse model. Otherwise ok
