Pros:

the location near Sarinah and Jl Sabang which is there is a lot of cafe and restaurant. we can walk to go there.

Good.
Pros:

The location is great, near the Sdilman Street and Salina department store, various business buildings, etc., within walking distance. The room is big and total impression is "Simple and sturdy".

Cons:

The TV system did not work. As I was very busy in this time and had no time to contact the reception on this issue.

Je ne réserverai plus cet hôtel.
Pros:

Le sourire du personnel et serviables.

Cons:

Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel en debut de soirée.
On m'a propoer un upgrade alors que je n'avait rien demandé .
J'ai accepté une suite avec le mini bar gratuit.
J'en revenais pas,
Dans la suite il ferait chaud et une odeur de moisissure ou je ne sais pas d'où vient l'odeur.
Un technicien est monter dans la suite pour fixer l'air condionner .
Manque de rafraîchissements et d'entretien cet hôtel.
C'est dommage!

Nette 3 ⭐️ met techno gym
Pros:

Locatie: top! Pal naast een Korean BBQ-restaurant (gevaarlijk lekker 😄) en een karaoke bar voor de durfals. Wisselkantoortje om de hoek. Sarina Mall op 3 minuten lopen, Plaza Mall op zo’n 20 minuten. Andere malls en M Bloc zijn makkelijk te bereiken met metro of taxi.

Hotel: bonuspunten voor de techno gym 😘 op de top floor – sporten met uitzicht voelt toch net wat heroïscher.

Praktisch: meer dan genoeg stopcontacten naast het bed voor mijn CPAP-apparaat, telefoon opladen en alles wat verder aan snoertjes mee wil.

Prijs/kwaliteit: helemaal in balans

De communicatie kan beter. Door mijn Indonesische uiterlijk werd aangenomen dat ik de taal ook spreek, wat helaas leidde tot een misverstand over de bedden.

Het hotel is daarnaast niet heel flexibel met wijzigingen. Via Booking is meerdere keren bevestigd: eerst twin beds (ik reisde met mijn buurvrouw), daarna single (zij annuleerde), en uiteindelijk weer twin beds toen mijn oudste dochter een week voor vertrek besloot mee te gaan.

Bij aankomst gaf de receptioniste aan het te begrijpen, maar we kregen toch een kamer met een single bed. Gelukkig was daar de portier – een oudere heer die onze koffers bracht – die wél meedacht en ervoor zorgde dat we alsnog de juiste kamer met twin beds kregen. Chapeau voor deze man 👏

Ontbijt is minder uitnodigend

Room is big and comfortable, although not luxurious. The location is good and near many institutions I should visit. Convenient shops and supermarket are also near. Food variation of breakfast is also good.

Cons:

As could be seen in many hotels, water drainage in shower room is not great. At the time of cleaning of room, glasses were not washed. Laundry fee is based on balk calculation (70,000 IDR for 5 pieces) and the price is reasonable when more items are washed, but it is not convenient for one piece.
