he breakfast area was the best experience.
Pros:

The place was listed as a 5star hotel, it was not. It turned up to be a 5* boutique hotel, that was confusing.

small things like one tooth brush, one ration of water...

Pros:

The hotel is clean and quiet. I was able to relax for my stay because of the quietness. But there is dim lighting in the room, even with the lamps on. The breakfast was limited. A bit pricey for the offerred set.

Hotel Staff were brilliant an helpful😁😁. I would like the curtains to be changed in light colour so the rooms looks more bright coz the room we stayed had a dark curtains an can’t actually tell weather it’s a day or night??

كانت سيئة من بداية الوصول مع موظف الاستقبال محمد حيث اننا عائلة وقمت بطلب غرفتين متجاورتين وأخبرني بانه قام بإعطائي المطلوب الا ان الغرف كانت متباعدة وقام بتحويلي الى مدير الفندق قتيبة وكان أسلوبه جاف في التعامل الفندق لا يستحق 5 نجوم والإفطار سيء ومحدود يصلح ان يكون فندق 3 نجوم الفندق يصلح للنوم فقط الغرف كبيرة
