Important information:

- We require upon arrival a damage deposit of €300 by either cash or debit card payment.

- Reservations guaranteed by creditcard will be pre-authorized for the total price of the nights, before arrival. If guest chooses to make final payment by creditcard, it is mandatory to bring the physical card used for authorization and a valid ID. If chosen to pay by debit card or cash, no damage deposit is required if we have pre-authorisaton. We will release the pre-authorization on the card upon checkout.

-In case of check-in after 17:00, please inform us. Outside opening hours, Urban Residences will send somebody to welcome you and help you settle. Check-in after midnight is not possible, or on special request for a late night check in fee of EUR 25.

-Only our penthouse has outdoor space, all other apartments do not have balconies

-Parking is in a nearby parking garage and needs to be reserved beforehand, we have limited spaces. There are 2 electrical charging point. If you have a van or very large SUV, this garage is not suitable.

-We have some apartments with airconditioning. These are: Suite / Maisonette / Penthouse. All other apartments have ventilators in summer and a floor cooling that helps a bit, but no air conditioning.

- We do not have an elevator, therefore our residences are not suitable for people who have difficulties walking stairs.

- Need separate beds? Please ask beforehand, we can arrange it for €5. Sofabeds cannot be split.

-All towels and bedlinen are included. The only thing you can bring yourself is food/drinks/coffee etc (Nespresso). Rooms get cleaned after 3 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen
Pros:

De ligging was perfect, aan het Vrijthof midden in het centrum. Qua parkeren was het ook goed geregeld. Het was een redelijk groot appartement met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. De keuken was heel handig en de apparatuur werkte goed.

Cons:

Het was een beetje smoezelig; op de bank en stoelen zaten vlekken. Ook in de vloerbedekking zaten hier en daar vlekken. Het was ook niet heel goed schoongemaakt.

Ontspannend, gezellig, fijne locatie en top personeel
Pros:

De ligging uiteraard. En de ruim opgezette kamers. Echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Peper en zout stonden klaar wat heel fijn is. En koffie cups wat ook netjes is als je aankomt.

Cons:

De bank niet comfortabel helaas. Je zit gewoon net niet lekker. Iets andere bank zou top zijn!
En de tv erg traag en geen goede wifi in de slaapkamer om chrome cast te gebruiken.

Hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad in hartje stad!

De ruimte en de uitrusting ervan: design, veel licht, ruimte en luxe ervaring.

Cons:

De ingang erg rommelig o.a. door een verbouwing. Dit ‘welkom’ kan beter. Grote vlek in vloerkleed doet afbreuk aan de luxe ervaring.

Soggiorno romantico a Maastricht
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato il soggiorno nel complesso per com'era organizzato l'appartamento, luminoso e dotato di ogni comfort: dal piano cottura con ogni tipo di utensile, fino a lavatrice e asciugatrice. Posizione a soli 50 m dal centro, comodissima per raggiungere i mercatini natalizi e non solo. Pulizia eccellente.

Cons:

L'unica pecca è stata la mancanza di assistenza poiché la reception era operativa fino alle 17:00. In particolare, abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento (che non funzionava) e con l'acqua della doccia che usciva solo bollente senza possibilità di regolarla. Contattando il numero che ci è stato fornito, ci hanno detto che non c'era nessuno e che il giorno successivo avremmo dovuto chiedere informazioni in reception per una compensazione (che non ci è mai stata data).

Al met al tóch wat teleurgesteld.
Pros:

Het was voor ons niet de eerste keer in Maastricht maar wel de eerste keer dat we 4 nachten in Maastricht verbleven.
De locatie is uitstekend!!
Het bed is goed net zoals de keuken inrichting.
Wifi is ok.
De aangeboden parkeerfaciliteit is ook prima. Mochten zelfs (gratis) wat langer gebruik maken van de parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Persoonlijk vind ik het appartement qua inrichting/uitstraling steriel zodat dit wat “kil” aanvoelt.
Op de dag van aankomst en een gedeelte van de volgende dag was er geen warm water, daar kon eigenaar helaas niets aan doen, maar had wel gecommuniceerd kunnen worden.
Wat een beetje een gemis was, is een radio.
Op zondag werkte de toegangssleutels/kaarten niet meer zodat we de deuren niet konden openen, gelukkig was de receptie open maar het zal maar gebeuren als je ’s-Avonds thuis komt.
Douchen was niet mogelijk omdat, denk ik, de thermostaat niet goed werkte. Na eerst geen warm water was het nu niet op de juiste temperatuur te krijgen.
Al met al vond ik persoonlijk de prijs/kwaliteit niet echt in verhouding met elkaar.

Dichtbij horeca en winkels 😃
Mooie, complete maisonettes.

Cons:

In 1 van onze maisonettes was de douche koud.

Koud en kil appartement, geen duidelijke uitleg , Engelstalig receptioniste, zelf op zoek naar 3e dekbed voor bedbank, blijkbaar douchekraan stuk sochtens dus koude douche, kamer zelf nodigt niet uit om lang te blijven, tv zenders minimaal, geen uitleg over WiFi of gebruik van de tv

Im großen uns ganzen waren wir zufrieden, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz.
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut top. Die Ausstattung war auch gut. Die Option einen Parkplatz dazu buchen zu können, ist auch komfortabel.

Cons:

Wir mussten leider an zwei von drei Tagen kalt duschen, was Ende Januar nicht sehr angenehm war.
Ein paar Schönheitskorrekturen wären auch notwendig, die Unterkunft wirkt etwas „abgenutzt“.

Mooie kamer, zitkamer en keuken, dichtbij het centrum. Fijn dat je parkeergarage kon boeken.

Was er met mijn 85 jarige moeder en hadden niet zoveel trappen verwacht.
Er was koffie en thee aanwezig maar zeer schaars.
