Important information:

- We require upon arrival a damage deposit of €300 by either cash or debit card payment.

- Reservations guaranteed by creditcard will be pre-authorized for the total price of the nights, before arrival. If guest chooses to make final payment by creditcard, it is mandatory to bring the physical card used for authorization and a valid ID. If chosen to pay by debit card or cash, no damage deposit is required if we have pre-authorisaton. We will release the pre-authorization on the card upon checkout.

-In case of check-in after 17:00, please inform us. Outside opening hours, Urban Residences will send somebody to welcome you and help you settle. Check-in after midnight is not possible, or on special request for a late night check in fee of EUR 25.

-Only our penthouse has outdoor space, all other apartments do not have balconies

-Parking is in a nearby parking garage and needs to be reserved beforehand, we have limited spaces. There are 2 electrical charging point. If you have a van or very large SUV, this garage is not suitable.

-We have some apartments with airconditioning. These are: Suite / Maisonette / Penthouse. All other apartments have ventilators in summer and a floor cooling that helps a bit, but no air conditioning.

- We do not have an elevator, therefore our residences are not suitable for people who have difficulties walking stairs.

- Need separate beds? Please ask beforehand, we can arrange it for €5. Sofabeds cannot be split.

-All towels and bedlinen are included. The only thing you can bring yourself is food/drinks/coffee etc (Nespresso). Rooms get cleaned after 3 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Hermoso duplex en el centro histórico
Pros:

Duplex con todo lo que necesitas para una estadía de 5 noches con niña de 2 años.
La cama matrimonial súper cómoda y la cuna de bebé muy buena!
En el medio del centro histórico, hermoso!

Cons:

Falta microondas, súper necesario para calentar el desayuno, la comida y el biberón de un bebé.
Hay lugar para agregarlo, por favor pónganlo aunque no sea usual utilizarlo en Países Bajos
Tuvimos problemas con el baño (ducha que perdía e inodoro) pero lo solucionaron y nos dieron un 10% de descuento en la estadía.
No todo el personal está acostumbrado a tratar situación negativa como la nuestra con el baño, favor al manager impartir clases de empatía!

Fijne plek om in Maastricht te verblijven
Pros:

De lokatie blijft geweldig, vlak naast Vrijthof en met parkeergarage op minder dag 50 meter.
Ruime kamer met split lever.
Keukentje voorzien van alles dat het nodig hebt

Cons:

Ik kom hier inmiddels al vele jaren en het valt op dat vloerkleden, meubels, bedden en badkamer wat sleets geworden zijn. Wat reparatie en vernieuwing zou de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding weer in evenwicht brengen.

Top verblijf midden in de stad

Ligging is top zo’n beetje in het centrum. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig en de ruimte is ruim en logisch ingedeeld

Cons:

Wij zaten in een soort kelder en hadden daardoor weinig frisse lucht, maar goed, we sliepen er alleen. Airco was lastig te regelen

Top hotel op een zeer centrale locatie.
Pros:

Top locatie! Mega grote kamer/ appartement. Mooi ingericht en erg schoon.
Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Toen ter sprake kwam dat het mijn verjaardag was hebben ze gauw de kamer versierd voor we de kamer in konden.... Erg leuk!

Top plekje om voor een goede prijs compleet te verblijven in de stad!
Pros:

Fijne ligging in de stad en prettige ruimtes!
We sliepen met 2 kinderen van 6 en 11 jaar in de 3 persoons maisonnette kamer, voor onze jongste was een extra bed geplaatst tegen bijbetaling (zwaar en prima opklapbed, maar wat niet makkelijk naar boven geplaatst kan maar het slaapdeel, waardoor het in principe bijna de hele zithoek inneemt. Wij hebben het zelf naar boven en weer naar beneden verplaatst)
Verblijf met de kinderen was op deze kamer ideaal, je hebt eigenlijk eigenlijk gewoon een heel appartement wat voorzien is van alle gemakken!
Service telefonisch en mail prima, er zit de hele dag wel iemand in een kantoor/receptie, maar dat heeft verder weinig meerwaarde voor het verblijf. Hotel biedt verder niets aan qua service of extra’s, wat ook prima is voor een stedentrip!

Cons:

Er waren een aantal viezere plekken in de kamer; oude chips en pepermuntjes tussen de slaapbank, nagels op de grond tussen het bed en nachtkastje. Maar door de witte en strakke inrichting (die toch gezellig aanvoelde) voelde het verder niet hel vies en sanitair en keuken waren oké.
