Important information:

- We require upon arrival a damage deposit of €300 by either cash or debit card payment.

- Reservations guaranteed by creditcard will be pre-authorized for the total price of the nights, before arrival. If guest chooses to make final payment by creditcard, it is mandatory to bring the physical card used for authorization and a valid ID. If chosen to pay by debit card or cash, no damage deposit is required if we have pre-authorisaton. We will release the pre-authorization on the card upon checkout.

-In case of check-in after 17:00, please inform us. Outside opening hours, Urban Residences will send somebody to welcome you and help you settle. Check-in after midnight is not possible, or on special request for a late night check in fee of EUR 25.

-Only our penthouse has outdoor space, all other apartments do not have balconies

-Parking is in a nearby parking garage and needs to be reserved beforehand, we have limited spaces. There are 2 electrical charging point. If you have a van or very large SUV, this garage is not suitable.

-We have some apartments with airconditioning. These are: Suite / Maisonette / Penthouse. All other apartments have ventilators in summer and a floor cooling that helps a bit, but no air conditioning.

- We do not have an elevator, therefore our residences are not suitable for people who have difficulties walking stairs.

- Need separate beds? Please ask beforehand, we can arrange it for €5. Sofabeds cannot be split.

-All towels and bedlinen are included. The only thing you can bring yourself is food/drinks/coffee etc (Nespresso). Rooms get cleaned after 3 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.

    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pros:

Toplocatie, zeer comfortabel, hele goede bedden, goed uitgeruste suite. Komen zeker terug

Fijne en ruime accommodatie op loopafstand van het Vrijthof
Pros:

De locatie tov de voorzieningen. We hadden een uitje op het Vrijthof en de residence zit er letterlijk om de hoek. Ideaal!

Cons:

- Het meubilair in de avcommodatie is niet bedoeld om een hele avond op te zitten. Je hangt echt in de bank / stoel. Gelukkig waren wij weinig "thuis".
- De druk van het snel je auto weghalen van de binnenplaats als je net al je spullen naar je ruimte brengt. De mensen die net eerder zijn aangekomen en al ingecheckt worden dan ongeduldig, omdat ze niet meteen weg kunnen rijden.

Dreckig und unhygienisch !

Top Lage mitten in der Innenstadt !

Extrem dreckig und abgerockt !!!
Die Unterkunft bzw. das Zimmer/Suite waren extrem dreckig. Alles ist verstaubt, kaputt oder in die Jahre gekommen. Steckdosen fallen aus den Wänden, was extrem gefährlich ist. Spinnen, soweit das Auge reicht. Überall Schmutz, Wasserhähne voller Kalk, Dusche nicht geputzt usw. Betten und Couch voller Flecken ! Der Boden überall kaputt und gerissen. Gardinen voller Spinnen, Dreck und Flecken.

Perfect! Genoten van deze accommodatie.
Pros:

Locatie direct bij het Vrijthof is perfect. Personeel is vriendelijk. Het appartement (duplex) super schoon, ruim, comfortabel. Geen enkel minpuntje kunnen ontdekken.

Cons:

Niets viel me tegen. Als ik dan al iets moet noemen dan zou een lift misschien fijn zijn voor ouderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Top en super ligging
Pros:

Super ligging en alles erop en aan gewoon top
