Important information:

- We require upon arrival a damage deposit of €300 by either cash or debit card payment.

- Reservations guaranteed by creditcard will be pre-authorized for the total price of the nights, before arrival. If guest chooses to make final payment by creditcard, it is mandatory to bring the physical card used for authorization and a valid ID. If chosen to pay by debit card or cash, no damage deposit is required if we have pre-authorisaton. We will release the pre-authorization on the card upon checkout.

-In case of check-in after 17:00, please inform us. Outside opening hours, Urban Residences will send somebody to welcome you and help you settle. Check-in after midnight is not possible, or on special request for a late night check in fee of EUR 25.

-Only our penthouse has outdoor space, all other apartments do not have balconies

-Parking is in a nearby parking garage and needs to be reserved beforehand, we have limited spaces. There are 2 electrical charging point. If you have a van or very large SUV, this garage is not suitable.

-We have some apartments with airconditioning. These are: Suite / Maisonette / Penthouse. All other apartments have ventilators in summer and a floor cooling that helps a bit, but no air conditioning.

- We do not have an elevator, therefore our residences are not suitable for people who have difficulties walking stairs.

- Need separate beds? Please ask beforehand, we can arrange it for €5. Sofabeds cannot be split.

-All towels and bedlinen are included. The only thing you can bring yourself is food/drinks/coffee etc (Nespresso). Rooms get cleaned after 3 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Old Town Views
Pros:

Modern, Bright. Right in the center! The windows open and you can enjoy the cobble stones and lovely atmosphere of the town!

Cons:

I requested late check out at 1. I went to bring my luggage at 12:30 to my car and for a short walk. I returned at around 12:45 and the cleaning staff was already there. I had some food and a redbull that I was going to eat and drink; they threw it out before 1pm. I think reception should notify the cleaning staff and honor the 1pm request and extra 50€ pay.

Prachtig appartement op unieke locatie
Pros:

Unieke locatie, hartje stad. Fijne ontvangst en geweldig house cleaning team. Het appartement is ruim van opzet.

Cons:

Dit mooie appartement heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig. De slaapbank is aan vervanging toe, er zitten her en der vlekken op de muur, scheur in de toiletbril, inventaris van de keuken was niet helemaal compleet.

Redelijk.maar verbeter punten.

Cons:

Zeer irritante plasticlucht in de kamer.
Het ontbreken van overgordijnen waardoor de kamer snachts irritant verlicht bleef. De loop ruimte om het bed was minimaal en slechte verlichting in de badkamer.

Nog nooit zo'n slecht verblijf gehad.

De hygiëne. Veel stof (ook op de gladde muren) en haren, vieze bank en vlekken op de vloer en de deurposten.De vloer plakte. En 1 kant van het bed was doorgezet.
Beker in de badkamer niet schoon.

Het toilet, daar wil je niet dood gevonden worden. De vloer wordt gewoon niet gedweild .
Natuurlijk een klacht ingediend. De schouders werden opgetrokken en er werd gezegd: dat kan wel eens gebeuren.

Ik heb er niet gedoucht. Er was ook geen douchekop. Alleen een handshower.

Excelente para vivir Maastricht como local!
Pros:

la ubicación es 200 de 100, la mejor. La habitación muy cómoda con cero ruido, como un apartamento, excelente para trabajar y con la zona para dormir en otro nivel, lo que daba mucha privacidad. Los desayunos los preparaba yo, no dispone de restaurante. Pero todo de primera calidad y frescura porque todo está cerca y te puedes surtir de comida diariamente. Los trastes para cocinar y comer en muy buen estado y de excelente calidad.

posiblemente la limpieza, no estuvo mal pero la frecuencia baja

De locatie was goed aan het Vrijthof, alles was goed te belopen. Erg ruim opgezet appartement en goed schoon. Prima bedden en de nodige faciliteiten inclusief benodigdheden in de keuken.
