Un dettaglio importante, io viaggio con i miei genitori e con il mio cane. Quindi normalmente prenoto una tripla. La prenotazione su Booking non mi dava questa opzione, quindi ho dovuto obbligatoriamente prenotare 2 camere, scoprendo poi che una di esse era tripla! Ho chiesto come era possibile questo, e mi hanno riferito, dopo lo stupore della faccenda da parte dell’hotel adducendo ad un mio errore, quando invece avevano il limite di 2 ospiti x camera!!! Nessuna azione di un possibile rimborso Ø possibile annullo camera in più….
Hotel oltre le aspettative. La cena al ristorante raccomandata. Uno dei buffet colazione migliori in assoluto.
