Pros:

La localisation est bien, proche des lieux d’intérêt à pied ou en tuk tuk.
Le lit était confortable

Cons:

Wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas au début, on a informé le personnel et le problème a été réglé après 1 journée.
Nous avons eu des petits cafards dans la chambre.
Les parties communes sont sales et en très mauvaise état. Il n’y a pas de sauna et autres comme indiqué.

Sale & personnel désagréable !! Ne ressemble plus du tout aux photos, du faux chic vétuste et mal entretenu. Je suis arrivée et ai trouvé 2 cafards dans la chambre, j’ai donc demandé d’annuler ma réservation que j’avais faite à peine 20 minutes plus tôt. La personne m’a fait un show théâtrale disant qu’il allait le donner une super chambre propre. J’ai gentiment refusé et demandé d’annuler mais ils n’ont jamais accepté. Je suis partie et n’ai jamais été remboursée, même en passant par booking.

Pros:

Overall it’s a good place to stay. We were just passing by that night, so we weren’t really looking for location or any other specific requests. We can’t really say much to that extend.

Cons:

Photos don’t really show what you’re getting. We had just a single night in Phnom Penh and we basically chose the hotel because of the room advertised.

Pros:

Away from the main street.
Staff friendly.
Hallway lights not permanently on and triggered by sensors.

Cons:

The place was run down.
Photos are old or photoshopped/enhanced.
VIP rooms have a spa bath but no seperate shower so the whole bathroom was wet when showing.
Lots of bugs including cockroaches.
Needed lights in the stairways.
Air con old and room never really cooled down.

Pros:

Pacilo sa mi pomer cena kvalita, t.j. že hotel bol pomerne lacný na osobu a noc.

Cons:

Slabšia lokalita, neboli v cene raňajky a za príplatok slabý výber pre európskych turistov,na poschodí ošúchané koberce, vyzeralo to veľmi staro a zanedbane.
