We booked 2 rooms for 5D4N: I stayed with my brothers in a Deluxe Triple Room and my parents stayed in Superior Room.
Convenience - There is a 7-11 store beside the hotel which is very convenient for us when we needed to buy snacks, drinks and umbrellas. There are also vendos in the reception area where you can buy noodles, snacks and drinks.
Breakfast - It is fine, there are various options which my family enjoyed.
Cleanliness - The hotel staff cleaned our rooms every single day without miss, there are always new towels, bins are emptied and blankets are changed. I noticed this as I splashed few droplets of soup in my blanket, although, it is not very obvious, I noticed that they changed it.
Wifi - Wifi is fast, we had no problems as I also work and used my laptop.
Hotel Staff - They are very accommodating. We requested for an early check-in as we were soaked from the unexpected rain walking from the bus stop to the hotel and they delightfully gave us the room.
Room - Our Triple Room is bigger compared to Superior Room, the space is just enough.
Value for Money - It is very affordable as we already booked 2 hotel rooms for a good price.
Location - Depending where you are alighting, some bus stops can be far from the hotel. When we took the bus from the airport to the hotel, we need to walk 10-15 mins and the road is very hilly, so there's lots of ups and downs considering you are to bring luggage. But there are also bus stops that are 4 mins away which you can walk in flat land. Nearest train stop will be 10-15 mins walk.
Superior Room - The floor of the toilet where my parents stayed is pooling with water and took time to drain. Apart from it, they enjoyed their stay in their room.
Staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. We stayed in two rooms, and they were clean and of a good size. Breakfast offered bot Chinese and European options, which was really nice.
Nothing
Staff are very friendly, breakfast with great selection. Room was cleaned daily ma beds were made. Shuttle bus was great addition to the METROPLAZA which is a very nice mall to shop around. The other Mtr station is pretty close which is like a 8 mins walk.
Room was not very clean when I entered. Hair was on the headboard. And the room was a bit stinky when we first moved in. But they have the air purifier and it helped after a while

2, The room doesn't have any hooks or places to hang clothes. Adding a few hooks would be a really helpful improvement for future guests.

L’habitació era força gran. L’esmorzar era bo i variat.
L’aire acondicionat feia força soroll i no el podiem aturar perquè feia molta calor. No disposen d’una habitació per deixar les maletes abans de fer el Check-in i la zona d’espera és petita i amb pocs llocs per seure. Vam esperar gairebé una hora i mitja asseguts al terra. Tot i que no està massa allunyat del metro, la zona no és amigable per moure’t amb maletes fins allà.
