Excellent choice for Hong Kong
Pros:

Basically everything. The location is 8 minute walk to the closest MTR station. Staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. Freshly prepared food was served for breakfast. If you can't have breakfast between 7 and 10:30 am, you can ask for a breakfast box that you can collect at the reception. The hotel was very clean. Our family suite with sofa bed was large by HK standards. It had a large bathroom with a toilette, a shower and a bathtub. It also had a second bathroom, a safe box and a small fridge. Every morning, when the housekeeping staff saw us leaving, they'd ask whether they could clean the room. They were very professional and thorough. There is a nice swimming pool in the hotel.

location is far from city, 10-15 mins away from nearest mrt, surrounding not much food area. BUT I really appreciate the shuttle bus service, make it convenient for us.

First visit to Hong Kong for vacations.
Pros:

Nice hotel in a quiet area. The MRT is walking distance but required some staircase walking and do bring umbrella along as there isn’t any shades from the MRT to the hotel. Hotel offers free shuttle server to the nearest mall where you can take MRT from there and also nice place for food. The hotel is clean but kind of small but able to fit both of us and our big luggage.

It was an enjoyable stay for my family.
Pros:

The location is convenient near to mtr. The room and the lift is of good size. Waiting time for lift is not long. To stay at this hotel is very value for money. And taking mtr very convenient and saves a lot of money compared to taxi. And there is a 7 Eleven store just outside the hotel where can top up Octopus Card and buy stuff.

Comfortable though the industrial location and strict shuttle schedule require extra planning
Pros:

The high-floor room was comfortable, and the fast internet made staying connected easy. Having a small 7-Eleven (open until 10 PM) and vending machines right in the lobby was incredibly convenient for grabbing quick snacks and essentials, and the paid self-service laundry was a great perk. For amenities, there is a staffed play area for young children—though I am unsure if there is an extra fee—and a very clean, underutilized indoor gym. While the complimentary daily breakfast was a nice inclusion, it did feel a bit underwhelming and repetitive after a few days. Because of inclement weather, I was unable to explore the outdoor spaces. The real lifeline of this property is the free shuttle bus to and from the Kwai Fong MTR station, which is connected to Metroplaza, an excellent mall for shopping and dining. Additionally, the nearby A32 airport bus offers a convenient, direct route straight to Hong Kong International Airport.

Cons:

The hotel is located in an industrial zone with virtually nothing of interest within walking distance. The nearest MTR station, Tai Wo Hau, is about a 10-minute walk entirely out in the open, taking you along a major road and past a gas station. Because of this, you will rely heavily on the hotel shuttle bus to get to the Kwai Fong MTR. However, because the hotel operates only one shuttle, it runs just once every 30 minutes. Space is limited, so advance reservations for departures from the hotel are highly recommended to avoid missing out. Returning from the MTR does not require a booking, but you should still line up early to secure a seat. Additionally, while the A32 bus to Hong Kong International Airport is highly convenient for departure, the return stop coming from the airport is a hassle. A central road barrier separates the two directions of traffic with no pedestrian crossing, forcing you into a long, roundabout walk just to get back to the hotel side. Finally, the complimentary breakfast area can become quite crowded and rowdy during peak morning hours.
