they do provide shuttle bus ferry customers between hotel and the nearest train station.
They arranged me to stay at the higher floor. Good size of the room.
The house keepers talking loudly in the corridor in early mornings, it's unpleasant.
The hotel is quite modern and very near to the bus stop. They offer free shuttle bus to go to and from the city center.
For the price they charged us they should have given a free bottled water an toothbruswith toothpaste. They charge 75 HK dollar for 2 toothbrushes. 1 bottle of 500 ml water at the 7/11 outside the hotel is 100 hk dollar. Another thing is the reception staff and restaurant staff has no coordination. A night before our checkout i called the restaurant and requested a take away breakfast because our flight has to leave early. The restaurant staff i spoke to promised that the takeaway breakfast will be ready at 5am (sandwich, yoghurt, apple, orange juice and water) on the day of our checkout when i came to the restaurant it is still close so i went to the front desk. The receptionist told me they were not informed that i requested a breakfast take away. They hurriedly called the chef and prepared the breakfast i requested. But it was not complete. The orange juice and apple the staff i spoke the night before promised to include on my take away were missing. No coffee was included.
I've been stayed at the hotel for a week, they offered a free laundry service if I don't need house keeping during my stay. That's good to me, as sometimes I don't want people entering my room during my stay. Their concierge and shuttle service were also good, staff was friendly.
Location. When I use google map to search the location, it shows 10 min walk from the MTR station, however, I haven't noticed that there was a very long and steep road if you by walk from Kwai Hing station, with a large and heavy suitcase, i took more than 15 min finally :(
It is near a bus station which is a 5minute walk and near a train station which is a 10minute walk. There is a shuttle which will take you to a mall and near another MTR station.
Kinda far from the city and far from restaurants.
El hotel no esta bien ubicado pero tiene un servicio de transporte maravilloso hacia un Mall que tiene de todo y que conecta con la estación de la linea central y en 20min se puede estar en el centro de la ciudad. Tiene lavandería, restaurantes y un 7eleven al lado. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar
Fuimos en temporada alta por el año nuevo chino y el precio del hotel era mas o menos el standard para esa época, cuando llegamos caminamos muchísimo ya que no sabíamos lo del bus que llegaba a la estación Kwai Fong. Lo unico que mejoraría son las camas y almohadas lo demás todo perfecto
空港からのバスの終着から歩いて10分程度でした。帰りも始発でとても便利でした。
スーパーや街市も徒歩圏内にあり、散策も楽しかったです。
客室は天井が高く、シャワー室も広く居心地が良かったです。
同じ階にランドリーもあり便利でした。
スタッフさんも皆さんとても親切でした。
ホテルのせいではないのですが、地下鉄を利用する場合には幹線道路を歩かなければならず、車のスピードが早くてその脇を歩くのが怖かった。
シャトルバスや路線バスを上手に利用すれば解決可能でした。
朝ごはんが付いていたのですが、大混雑でゆったり過ごせず２日目は諦めました。
散歩がてら食べに行けば良いので次回は朝食のないプランで良いと思いました。
一つ不思議だったのは予約の時には上層階と書いてあったのが6階だったことです。宿泊可能階が５階からだったので低層では？と帰宅してから思い出しました。次回は宿泊時に訪ねるようにします。
