Zweckmässige Zimmer, sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet mit ausreichender Auswahl.
Eierbraterei beim Früstück ohne Dunstabzug, mitten im Raum; entsprechende Gerüche. Etwas beengte Räumlichkeiten mit Teppichböden dann eben auch mit Essensrestzen, Krümmeln..... insgesamt nicht so toll.
Die Lage des Hotels ist auch nicht als zentral zu bewerten.

Guest services available to help with booking taxis. Water machines on every floor. Fast lifts and very quiet to sleep at night (22nd floor). Plentiful breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order. Only a 10 minute walk to the MTR station and plenty of local food options between the station and the hotel.
Booking.com says the pool is open from April so we were very disappointed to find on arrival it was closed, and not open until May. We would not have booked this hotel if we knew the pool would not be available, given it was 30 degrees on one of the days we stayed. The property should ensure it's listing on all booking sites is accurate.
We were surprised to find that our room lacked attention to detail by the cleaners. Lots of spillage marks on the walls, dirty carpet in the corners etc.
