May – Sep: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 17:00, 18:00 – 21:00.
Oct – Nov: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 18:00.
Dec – Apr: Closed for winter (subject to weather conditions).
Long-stay Policy: For stays of 7 nights or more, housekeeping service (including linen and towel changes) is provided twice weekly.

Nothing good I can mention
First of all the rooms do not look like in the images. At least the ones we were offered did not match any of the uploaded photos. Besides being completely different they are extremely dirty. Nothing like a 4-star hotel.
When we complained we got a second room which was the same. Mold in the bathroom, blood and other who knows what kind of stains on the bed sheets and carpet. Mold in the air purifier. Overall disgusting.
After first night we just wanted to have breakfast which we were refused to have even though we paid for it. Heads up: if you are not Chinese you are only secondary here. Breakfast staff kept seating every Chinese guest coming after us and just told we cannot enter the restaurant.
After complaining for all this they offered a third room but we just thought it would be better to leave. They promised a full refund which never happened. Later in a message through Booking.com they only offered 50% refund claiming we stayed 1 night. True, but the one night was still terrible and this is not what we agreed on. 50% does not even cover the unused nights and breakfast so they just ripped us off.
Strangest part is the rating on Booking.com. It seems like after every bad review some noname accounts put in a 10 star review without any description. Don’t be fooled, also check on Google Maps. Avoid this place.

breakfast buffet was exceptional, front desk staff are friendly and help a lot with directions and how/where to do things. I also liked that there was a free shuttle to Metroplaza and therefore an easy way to get groceries, go shopping etc for free
as a non chinese mainland/hk resident i was not able to do laundry. I also feel like the soap/shower dispensers could have been a little more full
Close to MTR and shuttle available for most of the day. The room was small but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and laundry were nice amenities.
Mattress on the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast offerings were satisfactory but chaotic hard to sit down and enjoy so we did not go the next morning. Too many ppl in breakfast area all at once.

I experienced a serious respiratory problem the afternoon of may 17th. The manager on duty that afternoon is to be commended for his customer service,he came to our room,called an ambulance,assisted my son &wifes needs,i was unconscious & admitted to ICU in the Yan Chai hospital.
My family needed accom near the hospital,the manager assisted with this & had his driver transfer them & our luggage to the next hotel.
The managers service was above expectation in this case,he deserves an award.

When booking the pool was classified OPEN,on check in pool was noted CLOSED,very upsetting for our 8yr old son.
