May – Sep: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 17:00, 18:00 – 21:00.
Oct – Nov: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:00 – 18:00.
Dec – Apr: Closed for winter (subject to weather conditions).
Long-stay Policy: For stays of 7 nights or more, housekeeping service (including linen and towel changes) is provided Once weekly.

Loved the water filter available on each floor.
Large and great shower.
Pool area is lovely, clean and very inviting. Loved the pool toys they supplied.
Quiet area, near to a shopping spot.
Rooms were small, not a lot of room to fit luggage.
Lifts were quite slow and didn't always stop on the floor.
Coffee on the ground floor at the cafe was too expensive.
The halal food, the free shuttle bus, the nice and friendly staffs, the water dispenser machine, and the 7-11 next door.

The aircon was very noisy and made sleep difficult.
We stayed here for 4 nights from 7th July to 11th July 2027 as a family of 6 on holiday. We booked through a travel agent so didn’t deal directly with hotel and i’m not sure what exactly we paid for this aspect of the holiday.
We were in two rooms which were triples. The location of the hotel is very good if you use the free courtesy shuttle to the metro plaza (shopping centre) and MTR station which takes about 10mins and run every 30mins to/from hotel. We bought the tourist octopus card (via app) for using public transport and found it to be very useful and easy. Also public transport is easy to navigate and I wouldn’t say we were experts in any way - about 20/25mins on same line into Victoria Harbour area).
The hotel has a good breakfast which was included in our rate. There is also a nice pool but beware of the mosquitos. It was also closed quite regularly when we were there due to thunderstorms which is clearly beyond the hotels control. Our room was clean and serviced each day. There is also an outdoor sitting area on the 6th floor called Breeze. We purchased some beers from the 7/11 shop which is right outside the hotel and sat outside in the evening before dinner. The best part of the hotel is the concierge staff. They are so helpful. Helped us with maps, booking the shuttle, taxis, directions, umbrellas and were genuinely a credit to the hotel. We had a day at Hong Kong Disney and used uber as our means of travel - it was approx £25
I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Hong Kong.

Nice friendly staff my friend in the lobby Cafe and breakfast really good man in all respects.
No meals of an evening the large restaurant empty. For 4 star hotel need to provide.
Ordering delivery meals not acceptable tried.3 times without success.
Ich habe ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten! Und das Zimmer war riesig!! Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt hat mir mein Aufenthalt bei Dorsett sehr gut gefallen.
Das Hotel liegt etwas weiter entfernt vom Central (mit Metro fast 50 Minuten) aber ein gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus, der dich zur Metro Station bringt.
The rooms are clean and the service is generally good. There is a shuttle which connects to the MTR station at the Metroplaza, which is very convenient. The concierge, Mr Tony and Ming were very attentive and helpful. Will recommend.
The room was clean and the location was alright, it was a little more than 5-minute walk to the nearest station.
