Jedynym pozytywnym aspektem pobytu była sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa podczas meldowania – personel recepcji wykazał się uprzejmością i gotowością do wsparcia.

Cons:

Niestety, standard czystości w obiekcie pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Już korytarz hotelowy sprawiał wrażenie zaniedbanego. W pokoju wykładzina była poplamiona, na zasłonach widoczny był kurz, a ogólny poziom higieny budził poważne zastrzeżenia. Łazienka znajdowała się w bardzo złym stanie – pod prysznicem widoczne były liczne ogniska grzyba, w odpływie znajdowały się włosy po poprzednich gościach, a szyba prysznicowa wyglądała tak, jakby od dłuższego czasu nie była czyszczona.
Dodatkowym problemem był brak ciepłej wody oraz bardzo głośno pracująca klimatyzacja, która uniemożliwiała spokojny sen.
Sytuacją, która całkowicie przekreśliła pozytywny odbiór pobytu, była obecność karaluchów w pokoju. Jeden z nich znajdował się w spodniach pozostawionych na fotelu, jeden przeleciał nam po łóżku, co jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne i świadczy o poważnych zaniedbaniach sanitarnych.

Good location, large room, friendly staff during check in and check out. Breakfast was ok as well.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty dirty, thick dust in parts, shower glass dirty, thick dust on curtains. Various items broken in the room, light fittings etc.
The hotel needs a makeover, or simply get rid of the carpet and replace with wooden floor.

So far i can recommend for emergency stay like if anyother hotel cant get can prefer this

Cons:

Not clean very dusty room aircond not cooling hot water also not hot & main only we have 1 access card we requestfor 2 card they said no for breakfast every same dish 😕

The location and the equipment were all right.

Cons:

The stuff did try not to give back the deposit, and the wifi wasn't working (they mentioned that it was under maintenance, but it did not work at all throughout our whole stay).

Pros:

The hotel is well located and the facilities are moderately good. However, the Wi-Fi is very poor—no connectivity in the rooms and extremely slow even in the lobby. Breakfast is average. A special mention to Front Office Manager Mr. Faiz, who is very helpful and courteous. Overall, an average stay with good service but weak internet facilities.

Cons:

The internet connection is very slow. Wifi is not reaching the room at all. Even in the lobby area no speed and very poor connectivity.
