Very nice hotel but fell slightly short of expectations
Pros:

One of the best appointed rooms in that price range that I stayed in during my month in Japan. Benefited from a cheaper rate on a Sunday night.

Cons:

Apart from another guest in an adjoining room who seemed intent on remodelling their room throughout the entirety of Sunday evening (not the hotel’s fault), the bedding sheet, duvet cover and pillow case were all made out of a really uncomfortable man-made/polyester type fabric. In fact I wondered if these were simply protective layers and that housekeeping hadn’t finished preparing the room? Surely a hotel of this quality would use cotton sheets?

Pros:

部屋もきれいで過ごしやすかったですし
朝食付きで朝も快適に過ごせました！
とても美味しく子どもたちも喜んでいました。
スタッフの人の気遣いも素晴らしく
子どももまた宿泊したいと言っています⭐︎

Cons:

パジャマがフリーサイズだと思うのですが
大きく、サイズが選べたらと思いました。

Pros:

朝食の各種出汁が前回投稿した時より、直ぐ改善されて良い感じに普通に飲める美味しい、ラーメン、素麺、味噌汁、どれも凄く美味しいです。食べ物をこぼしてしまったのですが、朝のいちばん大変な時に笑顔で片付けて下さいました。女性のかたでした。大変感謝です。

残念
Pros:

ユニットバスではなかったのでお風呂も満足して入れました

Cons:

禁煙ルームで宿泊したのに同じフロアーに喫煙ルームがあるのかエレベーターを降りたら廊下はずーっとタバコ臭くて凄く不快でした。他が全て良くてもそれで評価はガタ落ちでした。もっと禁煙と喫煙をしっかり分けて欲しい。残念で仕方ないです。

Good!
Pros:

こちらのホテルは２回目の利用で前回もとても良かったので今回も利用させていただきました。まずお部屋が広くてきれい。駐車場無料で立地も良い。フリードリンクが付いておりホテルの周りの環境もスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店、スーパー銭湯と徒歩圏内で色々揃っています。ここに住みたい感じのお部屋です(笑)

Cons:

とても良かったのですが、あえて何か言うのであれば卓上ライトみたいな物をつけて欲しいかなぁと。出張で来ていて朝早くにお化粧をするのにお部屋に付いている照明だけだと少し暗くてお化粧しにくいです。
