Direkte ÖV Verbindung. Familienzimmer mit zwei Betten in einer Galerie war sehr geräumig. Hat unseren Kindern 7 und 11 gut gefallen. Achtung Treppe sehr steil für kleinere Kinder.

Cons:

Hotel hat keine Parkplätze. Da mussten wir in der Umgebung suchen.

Super nettes Personal. Hotel absolut zu empfehlen. Kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit nachhaltigem Konzept in Freiburg. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Frühstücksauswahl usw. sehr gut und absolut in Ordnung. Ganz besonders herauszuheben sind jedoch folgende Punkte: Tolle Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum. Inklusion wird hier wirklich gelebt. Super motiviertes und nettes Personal, wie wir es wirklich selten erlebt haben. Bitte nicht von den drei Sternen verunsichern lassen. Ganz toll ist übrigens auch die Verkehrsanbindung: Die Straßenbahn hält unmittelbar vor der Tür und fährt im 10-Minutentakt. In rund 10 Minuten ist man dann in der Innenstadt.

Die rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption und die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und ich bekam ein etwa Kopfkissen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück.

Mit den entsprechenden Hinweisen können wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Cons:

wir waren ein Gruppe von 25 Leuten. Die Mehrzahl beklagte sich über die zu dicken und festen Kopfkissen. Aber man konnte wohl ein weicheres bekommen, was aber nur greift, wenn man mind. zwei Nächte, wie ein Teil der Gruppe übernachtet. Die Buchung über Booking com ist teilweise etwas verwirrend. man bucht ein DZ für zwei Personen und wenn man ankommt ist dann nur eine Person gebucht und die zweite Person wird dann nachgebucht, was sich dann preislich dann weniger schön auswirkt. Keine Parkplätze ist dann ein zusätzlicher Umstand. Positiv dann wenigstens der Pass für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Hotel.
