Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Lage. Schlichte Einrichtung mit viel Holz. Reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück. Ruhig/gut isoliert. Straßenbahnticket inklusive.

Cons:

Zimmer ein bisschen eng. Mit der Aussicht hatte ich nicht so viel Glück wie die auf den Fotos. Sonst wirklich alles top! Auch, dass es keinen Wasserkocher auf jedem Zimmer gibt macht umwelttechnisch Sinn. Es war kein Problem, mir einfach immer an der Rezeption eine Kanne heißes Wasser mitzunehmen.

Pros:

Das Empfangspersonal war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Zimmer haben ein sehr schönes Ambiente und sind optimal ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - und alles bio! Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke optimal. Alles in allem hätte es nicht besser sein können. Wir kommen wieder!

Wie immer war das Petsonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig, das Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Weniger komfortabel war das Bett, bei dem eine der Matratzen durchgelegen war.

Alles ok, insgesamt sehr gut.....

Cons:

Kleinere Kopfkissen wären sehr gut!....Wie in vielen Hotels habe ich auch hier große, pralle Kissen gefunden, auf denen ich - wie viele andere übrigens auch - sehr schlecht schlafe.

Great place, affordable, clean and I was impressed overall. I'd definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Everything was clean and I loved the basement with all the additional food, drink, utensils, washing/drying machines, etc. Figuring out the washing/drying app was the only hiccup, but that's a small detail that didn't take away from the overall experience.

Cons:

I thought the automated check-in experience could have been more clear. It wasn't obvious, to me anyway, that I needed to put a blank key into the machine first before following the steps to create it. Others may not have this same problem.
