Worst room in a great building ! Apartment in need of serious maintenance. SO disappointing !
Pros:

Location was excellent and northpoint was very familiar to us. The parking is also very good and the building is very secure. The surrounding cafes etc are also great !

Cons:

We have stayed at northpoint over 5 times but on this occasion they put us in room 202 next to the gym. Aside from being woken up to gym music every morning - the unit was in a state of disrepair. The airconditioning had mould on the vents ; the door to the balcony wouldn't lock ; numerous powerpoints were inoperable ; the lamp in main bedroom wouldn't work and there was a smell of sewage from main bothroom and laundry - i worked out that the floorwaste drain water had dried up - so fixed this but was really average to find it like that. Just not maintained.
