The unit was well stocked with supplies. We also appreciated having access to the BBQ patio.

We were hoping for a better view. We were on the 3rd floor so the trees obstructed our view of the water.

The location was easy walk to amenities, pool was relaxing and there was off street parking. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

One small split system aircon in the main living room. The apartment faced west. It was cooking hot and the cold air didn’t flow into the bedrooms. We had to move the beds out to the lounge room to sleep as it was so hot and stuffy in the bedrooms. The washing machine was very temperamental and bathrooms smelt mouldy. Touch points were grubby. The common areas smelt funky. It was expensive considering all the things it wasn’t! We had to clean the apartment (take out rubbish and wash, dry and put away all dishes!)or face extra charges. This was not an air B&B, surely simple cleaning charges are factored into the very expensive price.

Great view but disappointing apartment.
Pros:

The space. The view from the 9th floor was wonderful and the saving grace.

Cons:

No airconditioning in the bedroom. Meant for stifling hot nights and bad sleep. Need to install another air conditioner to cool the bedroom.
Cracked basin in the bathroom. Needs replacing. Also cracked tiles in shower. Not good enough for a prestige apartment.
The decor, curtains (ill fitting), and ambience is very tired. You can't rely solely on the view to attract clients. Needs updating.

2 bedroom apartment.Spacious. Centrally located. Quiet. Great shower.
Quick elevator service.

Cons:

Lounge very shabby. Dirty wall in the bedroom. Bed on wheels, no castors to prevent bed from moving on timber floor. Lounge constantly moving on timber floor as well. Poor window coverings. Extremely bright in the bedroom.

The convenience of its location is perfect, everything is close by and only a short leisurely walk away. The view from our room was spectacular.
The apartment is clean and comfortable, this was our 2nd time staying here and would definitely come back again. The reception staff are lovely and checking in and out is effortless.

We didn’t have any issues or anything to dislike about the property.
