På ingen måde rengjort værelset samt toilettet. Boede der heldigvis kun i 2 nætter. Spindelvæv i bruseren og et kæmpe hul i væggen, så der kunne komme dyr ind. Køleskabet larmede meget og måtte derfor slukke det om aftenen.

Was very disappointed with my stay here. The room was dirty, spiderwebs everywhere. The door to my room looked like someone tried to break in. Very rarely staff was around. Didn’t feel a lot of privacy. Would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

Very disappointed in this establishment!! I stayed here based on the good reviews and the place was horrible. Plus to make things worse I booked 12night non refundable through hotels.com (dumb of me). I have pretty low standards and am easy going about things however this hotel was horrible!!!! Also for some background history I use to live in Indonesia so I am very familiar with Gili T and have visited it 15-20 times now and every time I stay in pretty low end $15-$25 a night rooms so it’s not like I am comparing this to a $300 a night 5+ star hotel in Nusa Dua.

The rooms was very dirty, walking around barefoot my feet would be gray on the bottom. I actually cleaned the floor twice on my own with on of the towels.

The bathroom was disgusting very dirty and full of mosquitoes (there was a huge hole the make shift window that had plastic kind of sealing it, i finished the job off with duct tape. Which leads me to my next point. The room was full of mosquitoes as well. I don’t know where they kept coming from but every night I would wake up to mosquitoes biting me and I would turn the light on and play the game of hunt the mosquitoes down and then repeat every hour all night long. But don’t worry if the mosquitoes don’t keep you up the staff the lives in a couple of the rooms will be up from about 11pm to about 4am chatting with all there friends that come and go all night long, laughing loudly, playing music on a speaker, watching and watching YouTube on there phones.

길리의 밤문화 파티라이프를 즐기는데 아주 최고의 위치입니다. 화장실이나 방의 컨디션은 별로지만, 가격대비 이해할수있습니다. 중앙복도에서 밥먹고 맥주도마시고 하면서 다른손님들과도 대화도많이할수있어 좋았고 sara라는 스태프가 너무 친절했습니다. 첫째날 뜨거운물이안나와서 이야기했더니 바로 고쳐주었고. 지진이후 계속 문제점이 발견될때마다 아직 수리중이라고 하네요.
방 컨디션은 그냥 한국 여관방정도입니다 꼭 참고하시고. 파티를 즐기신다면 매우추천합니다.

This was close to the Main Street and a bar which plays extremely loud music until all hours of the morning.
Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom was leaking from rain and made the room smell. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper & to have our room made up.
Wouldn't stay again.

Idéale par sa localisation sur l île . Piscine très sympa ! Il faut aller sur les chambres au fond de l hôtel pour être préserver de l animation du quartier

The room had not been cleaned. Bugs were found in the bed and someone else's hair was in the shower. Toilet did not work. Staff were rude and unfriendly. When checking in was given room key and told nothing else. We had a terrible stay and left early because the hygiene and cleanliness of the room.

It was a great location with a great restaurant/bar attached to it but the hotel left some things to be desired. The washroom was disgusting and the beds very uncomfortable. But if you are looking for somewhere cheap and easy to stay where you might meet other travellers then this is the place for you. The pool area was very nice and it is in the centre of a the action so I can't say I regret staying there and breakfast is included which was nice.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the market and right in the party area. It is more suitable for party goers than a family with children like us. The room was very small and dark, and we could hear the noise from the clubs. The guests staying opposite our room were drinking, chatting and playing loud music at night, and when we told the staff, she only smiled. Also when guests were coming back from parties (around 3am) they chatted so loudly that woke us up. If you like parties, then this is the hotel for you. But if you expect serenity then stay somewhere else. The staff were friendly, and the pool was nice, though.

Good location - right at the busy center area, next to nightmarket and most bars. Don't expect much from room - clean and ok room. Bathroom was a bit tired. Not the friendliest staff and long waiting time for breakfast - nearly 30 min after ordering each morning.

Full of backpackers, toilet cistern constantly overflowing and doesn't flush, air con drips all night and floods bedroom floor, signs of bed bugs. No room service/daily clean. Good location, pool looks nice.

I stayed here with a friend for one night in a twin room (we are both 29 yr old females). The hotel was easy to find from the harbour (5 minute walk max) and is centrally located on the main road. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was warm (not hot, but in the heat we didn't need it) and spacious.

We were provided with both shower and pool towels, the pool was very clean and quiet. We enjoying swimming and laying on the sun loungers in the afternoon.

Each room has a TV with cable, we had some issues getting it working so a member of staff had to come a fix it, but there were a number of channels in English which was great. Wifi worked in the rooms and was reliable.

Breakfast is served in the bar/restaurant opposite and there are 4/5 free choices and then you can pay extra for other things. I had the fruit and muesli, my friend the pancakes and both were very good.

Only slight down side is that at night you can hear the music from the bar opposite and the bass can get a bit heavy, but if you put the AC on and leave the TV on or put earplugs in, it blocks the noise out easily.

Take your earplugs because you will need them. Great location right in the middle of everything. Food was good and service was good. Room was average and they need to get the door locks fixed. You have to lock yourself in the room at night with the key, only to find every morning you cant get out so you have to bang on the door until someone lets you out. They did tell me they were getting new locks and they were on their way to Gilly Island though apparently. If you are looking to party which most people here seem to be and want to be in the middle of the action, stay here.

conveniently situated close to the jetty. We caught a fast boat over and then walked to the left along the street to find the hotel.Be prepared that you have to climb on and off the boats at the beach.

Great location. Clean and simple, with good included breakfast. Located in the middle of all activity on Gili Trawangan, right next to bars, night market, resaturants etc. Very quiet still, as it's shielded from the main street.

i booked in advance via hotels.com and when i turned up during the incredibily busy period, the hotel claimed they had no record of my reservation and first claimed that Hotels.com doesnt have the right to book for them and then later said they hadnt used this in years. Finding a place on the island when it was incredibly busy was a real mission. The gili t resort did offer to let me come back the following night but only after i had to pay over the odds for a rubbish place for the first night. I was not impressed at all. worst hotel booking experience ever.
