Great views, good location, needs maintenance and cleaning
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to access parking. Short walk to Cavill ave. The pool was wonderful and the views were great too. We had a view from the lounge, kitchen and both bedrooms of the beach.

Cons:

Cleanliness or lack there of. We arrived and the floor was so sticky. It was clear that the floor hadn’t been mopped because there were multiple sets of footprints in the kitchen area. No mop in the unit either and what I gathered seeing the cleaners, they only change sheets and towels because they didn’t have mops or vacuums with them. I had to buy a mop and do this myself to feel like the place was up to scratch. Did report this to the receptionist also. Amenities - toaster was melted around the top, no tongs to cook and toilet seats need replacing. Beds are pretty uncomfy too - they take some getting used to if you’re staying a while.

Pros:

Location, friendly staff, apartment was in good condition but could be even better.

Cons:

Bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned, construction noises which I wasn't informed previously at the time of my booking, lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Mattress were so uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location, very close to beach shops and restaurants. A very large and spacious apartment. with great views.

Cons:

Apartment felt a bit tired and needs a bit of tidy up. eg The shower house was leaking,, bathroom sink draining very slowley, stove filtre was very dirty, noisy washing machine etc.

我预定的显示有浴缸，但实际是屋里没有浴缸的。因为到的有点晚，需要打两次电话，但是我语言不太好，打了好几次没听懂，那边还给挂了

We were pleasantly surprised to be on the top floor, loved the views and the space in the apartment
Pros:

Awesome views, the rooms were extremely good, great loaction

Cons:

Would have to expected to have cleaning products for the 7 days we were there. Nothing to clean benches etc with eg: dishes for 7 days and dishwasher. Not enough towels or no facecloths. Would book again.
