view was lovely , room was lovely, reception was OK but didn' really address any of my issues.
Pros:

The room itself was large and beautiful. Easy to keep clean. The location was central and easy to get to shops and beach. The view was exceptional.

Cons:

When I arrived in my room there were two men sitting at the dining table eating and stuff on the floor. they apparently were told by reception that they could use the microwave in the room even though I have said I was arriving at 2 - 3 and it was just after 2 when I checked in. This really shook me as I didn't know there would be anyone in there and as I was staying by myself for the first night and I didn't know how they had the key. When I opened the dishwash that evening it was full and all the dishes were covered in rice, one saucepan had rice burnt onto it and the frypans (2 or 3) were covered in eggs. I had to hand scrub the frypans; I tried to scrub the saucepan and left it to soak, and I returned it to reception in the morning. Noone apologized. I stepped on some weird kind of plastic stuff in the carpet there were two big lumps or sharpish plastic stuff that hurt my foot. On later inspection they look like hard lumps of epoxy resin. I have a photo of both and kept one, I left the other on the coffee table. On Friday evening my husband arrived. He placed a shopping bag on the end of the dining room table closest to the front door. We heard a sound and saw the table had a complete break from end to end on the opposite end nearest the wall. When we looked underneath it looks as though someone had moved a piece of wood underneath to support it. We reported it to reception on Saturday morning , we were then without a table from Friday night on.

Good location, easy access, tad noisy so take your headphones if you want a holiday sleep in.
Pros:

Great, clean facilities with easy access to the beach and tram stops. Views great from larger rooms.

Cons:

Ongoing construction on the back side and next door that goes 7am-3pm. Aok if you’re out for the day but not great if you want to relax.
Room sizes are also different so ask for the larger room.

Pleasant stay with lovely staff
Pros:

Good location and great pool, hot tub, tennis. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped and modern.

Cons:

Apartment was quite dated and in need of upgrade. Carpet needs replacing and furnishings need updating. Cushion had stain and just a bit more attention to detail and modernizing would make the apartment more inviting.
