Horrible and worst cleanliness
Pros:

The most unacceptable issue was the cleanliness of the room. The toilet was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest—there were visible fecal stains on the inside of the bowl, which was absolutely disgusting. This alone made the room unusable and raised serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards.

The air conditioning was very weak and could not properly cool the room, and the WiFi was slow. However, these were minor compared to the sanitation issue.

Customer service was also extremely disappointing. After seeing the condition of the toilet, we immediately requested to cancel our stay. Due to the public holiday, we were told by after-hours staff to email the hotel with photo evidence, which we did. The next day, reception told us a full refund had been approved and that we just needed to wait for Booking.com to process it.

However, the hotel never responded to Booking.com. When we followed up again, they claimed they never received our email and that the email address they originally provided was incorrect. The staff were unprofessional, gave contradictory information, and kept delaying the process. Not once did they apologize for the poor cleanliness of the room.

Even after resending the email to the “correct” address, there was still no response, and we were asked to contact the manager again the next day.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. The hygiene standards and customer service were both unacceptable.

地點好，離輕軌和海灘都非常近
要刷感應器才能進入和搭到自己樓層的電梯，在安全管理非常好。設施完備，有洗衣機和烘衣機，2週假期可以不用帶太多衣物，廚房的用具齊全，可以自己煮飯。有陽台和三面窗戶，室內非常明亮。WI-FI速度很快，泳池很乾淨，還有桑拿可以使用。櫃台人員很親切

Cons:

淋浴間和浴缸雖有玻璃門和擋水欄，但高度不夠且有縫隙，水會流到外面去。
剛好附近有很多建物正興建，而且工人都在早上6點就開始施工，除了週日外，每日都施工，有點吵就是

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel était parfait, ni trop loin, ni trop prêt de la Calvill Avenue, la vue de la chambre sur la mer et une partie sur la riviere était magnifique.
La chambre était spacieuse est confortablement bien agencée et équipée.

Cons:

Il faudrait juste revoir l'insonorisation des fenêtres des appartements, ainsi que le réglage de fermeture de celles-ci. Lors de forts vents, certaines fenêtres claquait meme une fois fermées.
