Great location

Large apartments and excellent location close to the beach and transport. Early check in was appreciated

Great stay. Thanks for the good 2 bedroom apartment! Walking distance to the beach, tram and Surfers Paradise.

L'emplacement de l'hotel était parfait, ni trop loin, ni trop prêt de la Calvill Avenue, la vue de la chambre sur la mer et une partie sur la riviere était magnifique.
La chambre était spacieuse est confortablement bien agencée et équipée.

Cons:

Il faudrait juste revoir l'insonorisation des fenêtres des appartements, ainsi que le réglage de fermeture de celles-ci. Lors de forts vents, certaines fenêtres claquait meme une fois fermées.

Perfekte, ruhige Strandlage
Pros:

Großes, schönes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch nah am Zentrum und am Strand. Gym und Pool waren okay.

Cons:

Der Check-In außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten hat leider etwas gedauert. Die Spülmaschine hat so unangenehm gerochen, dass ich sie benutzen wollte.

Great views, good location, needs maintenance and cleaning
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to access parking. Short walk to Cavill ave. The pool was wonderful and the views were great too. We had a view from the lounge, kitchen and both bedrooms of the beach.

Cons:

Cleanliness or lack there of. We arrived and the floor was so sticky. It was clear that the floor hadn’t been mopped because there were multiple sets of footprints in the kitchen area. No mop in the unit either and what I gathered seeing the cleaners, they only change sheets and towels because they didn’t have mops or vacuums with them. I had to buy a mop and do this myself to feel like the place was up to scratch. Did report this to the receptionist also. Amenities - toaster was melted around the top, no tongs to cook and toilet seats need replacing. Beds are pretty uncomfy too - they take some getting used to if you’re staying a while.
