Cons:

They do pet spraying on a Monday for mosquitoes. The machine is extremely loud and if you’re on the lower level floors all the fumes came in our room and made me vomit. The staff were extremely sorry that I felt sick all day.

Star rating needs reviewed lol, average facilities!!
Pros:

The location was great!! Staff were super friendly!

Cons:

The facilities were very outdated, food sucked, pool deck was very unsafe and the tiles are missing. Had some bugs in our room and the bed linen was only changed once in our 10 day stay. You get what you pay for I suppose!

Perfect location
Pros:

I was super impressed with my room service food it fresh and was delicious, we decided to also eat the next day and again was happy 10 out 10 for the food

Would b happy to stay again & recommend as it’s walking distance to everything,pool area is ok but not much atmosphe

Gd staff & service,everyone happy to help & always greet u with a smile

Cons:

Bit of road noise being on busy road,dogs barking early morning only downside.breakfast was ok but not inc in my room ?,u can find much better on the street if u go for a walk & better prices,pool area is ok but not much atmosphere.b careful as there is two sun island hotels,our driver to us to Kuta one when i was staying in Legian & then i had to pay again & wait for another taxi which was a bit annoying first thing when u just want to get to your room..

Good family friendly hotel and friendly staff. Recommended accommodation for families.

Aircon in room 109 wasn’t working too well, and the bathroom fan wasn’t working. Otherwise, it was all good.
